Went in to get fingerprints done and Analia warmly welcomed me in and got straight to work on my appointment. She was extremely helpful and even advised me on how/where to renew my passport after noticing it was expired. One of the most fun yet professional people I've ever worked with! 10/10 highly recommend working with Analia for any of your insurance/fingerprint needs!

Customer service is great, wait times are fast and the agents are very professional. Analia helped me add a car to my policy and choosing the right coverage, she also helped me with my renewal going into detail about the prices. Excellent service, highly recommended!

BESTCUSTOMERSERVICE. Every time I call in to get help with my life insurance policy, I am greeted with the kindest staff. I recently had a call with Silvia over a very frustrating issue with Farmers Life that I had to get resolved for my policy and she was more than happy to do everything she could on her side to get the issue fixed. It was done within a few hours! (Probably would've taken me a week). I really appreciate all of the staff at this agency.

Our homeowner insurance company decided to non-renew us after 4 years of business due to a list of lame reasons. We had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Analia. If you are in need of a professional agency who does things the “right way” I’d implore anybody to give this agency and in particular Barea Blackie a shot to help you out. Since the condo property market in CA is becoming increasingly difficult my former insurance carrier was no longer able to write my policy despite zero claims. Barea and this agency stepped up big time and from start to finish provided easily one of the best experiences ever. Barea provided a consultative approach and actually listened to me as opposed to trying to sell me things which is so refreshing so I can’t stress enough how much I’d recommend her and this agency. It’s nice to know that customer service is still alive and this agency embodies that.

I would personally recommend this agency to my closest family members and friends and in particular Barea Blackie. I've been in the commercial insurance industry for going on 10+ years now in a variety of roles and I can confidently say this is best experience I've ever had with an agency period. As an insurance professional I'm always a bit skeptical when I'm referred places bc I've seen the good bad and ugly and this was the most refreshing experience ever. Silvia was super helpful in this entire process. We wanted to start a college fund for our daughter and get all of our insurance squared away.
