Ms Lozano is always a sweetheart and makes sure you always understand every step of what she is doing when filing your taxes. Office is in a nice and clean area, easy to find. Besides taxes she also has other services including live scan, auto insurance and notary services. My family always feels very comfortable going to Ms Lozano for tax season.
