Really awful experience today. I tried the gym today with the guest pass and I was here for 15 minutes and literally left. I was a loyal member of the Chamblee Georgia location for years and it was a thousand times better. This location has very poor lighting and it feels very dark and there's hardly any cleaning stations anywhere to wipe down the equipment. Sad. I'm not coming back.

Manager names Dat lied to us when we come to cancel membership for our daughter. First, He made us pay for two months fee because my daughter call to cancel not coming in person to cancel. We paid and asked for proof. He didn’t give us the proof and turn around asking us to pay membership fee and fee for next month due to the cancellation have to be before 10 days prior next bill. This place is not professional and manager is cruel . I am going to let all my friends, family members don’t ever come this place

Used to love coming here, but was just denied entry because I was 20 minutes early for my ClassPass open gym reservation ?. I was only there for cardio and there were tons of treadmills free. Went to The12 instead where I felt welcomed.

I am new to yoga, and I took a morning class with Gaby at Crunch! I really appreciate her being so welcoming and kind, and she took the time to check on everyone in class. Her instructions were clear, and she takes the time to demonstrate each step. I really appreciate her demonstrating the modifications that could be done for each step as well. I really appreciate her promoting a healthy mindset too! The guy who helped me at the front desk upon check in was also really welcoming as well! There was also a really friendly man I met in my yoga class, so there are some really nice people here! Plenty of parking at the gym as well. ;)

BEWARE. I haven't been using the gym for the past year and got charged with a annual fee the night before. I decided to make the decision to cancel the next day and lo and behold. They will not refund, due to my contract agreement. I should of listened to online reviews before I joined. Y'all should do the same too. It's 2024, and MOST subscription based services would offer a refund as long as you didn't use the service. ie Amazon. By all technicality, sure, I took too long and I'm now paying for it.
I do not appreciate how the attitude was talking to the representatives of Crunch employees, they throw the rule book at you as if their life depended on it. Trust me guys, do your research and you can see far worse complaints than mine. Steer clear. IMO this ain't it. Enjoy my $60 crunch, you won't see me again and your terrible contracts and you probably lost more money from people seeing this review.

I’ve been with Crunch for a few years now in various cities across the US, this one is terribly maintained, half the machines have been out of order for weeks, the hot water has never worked in the men’s bathroom, massage beds have also been broken for weeks.
It got two stars as the staff is always lovely and the place is cleanish, not terrible, but having none of the expected amenities or even warm water at your gym sucks.

Crunch Fitness FV is amazing! The gym is clean, spacious, and has the latest equipment. Coach Khôi is fantastic—he’s super knowledgeable, speaks Vietnamese, and makes every workout fun and effective. His personalized approach and positive energy are unbeatable. Highly recommend Crunch Fitness FV and Coach Khôi!

I've been to several gyms before and I like this one the most. The staff are genuinely nice, attentive, and play lots of heavy metal which I'm all for. We did personal training for a few months with Bryan and he was great, really kicked our butts. I've never found it to be too crowded even after work. Sometimes people hog machines for a while but I've never seen long lines like I would at other gyms. Some of the equipment feels outdated but there's a good selection. I do wish bathrooms would be cleaned more often, but I guess gym-goers are just nasty because I've seen this problem at every gym unfortunately. There would be used pads on the floor or toilet. Super gross, but not Crunch's fault.

After 4 other gyms, this is my favorite gym. The staff are friendly and offer prompt service always. 5 stars.

It's an 'okay' gym (for me) to workout in. But maybe that's because I was so used to going to Gold's Gym. I was there for quite awhile before Crunch came along. $10 a month is a pretty good price for basic workouts. Perfect for the wife and I.

Denise was extremely professional while registering me with a membership and multitasking with checking in others. She also assisted me with setting up the Crunch app and signing me up with the palm scan for check in.First day here and the equipment was extremely nice. Surprisingly the dumbbells are actually in order compared to Esporta that I used to go to. Came at 7am when they opened and it was pretty busy but with the abundance of machines and benches I was able to do my back/shoulder workout without having to wait for any equipment/machines.
