“I have purchased 2 cars through Redline and have gotten exactly what I wanted both times! My most recent... I told them I wanted a tan highlander with tan cloth interior and a sunroof. As low mileage as possible and within my price range. He found me EXACTLY that!! The car was a Repo, in perfect condition other than the tires (he told me it is common for people to swap out tires on cars about to be Repo'd because they can either put the better tires on a different car or sell them) but the price that he got the car for, I still had money left over in my budget to buy new tires. I *love* my highlander and really appreciated the expertise and knowledge Redline has towards the auto auction and the customer service provided was top notch. They told me that the car was being sold to me as is and if I had any problems that it was my responsibility. But they also told me that with only 6000 miles on it the car would still be under warranty with Toyota and I should not have issue. I will use Redline Remarketing any time I need a car!! “Had to use the 17th street Santa Ana branch a few times and on multiple occasions was fortunate enough to get help from Dominique Abadiness. Rarely does someone go so far above and beyond as she has. Between her fast typing, diligent reviews and thoughtful guidance, she is on it! She even typed up and printed a series of wire transfer request forms, without me even asking, because she knew it would save me time and possibility of error. “Been a member for 20+ years however, I always used SAFCU as a secondary bank. About 2 years ago, my wife and I finally moved away from Chase bank after a few issues with that institution to make SAFCU our main bank. Moving to SAFCU was one of the best decisions we have made, and we probably should have done this sooner. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I know things will get done without any issues. The only nonissue I have is their iPhone app is still not as user friendly as other banks, but it works fine for balance inquiries or to setup recurring payments.”

“This is the only NFCU in the area so the bank itself can get a little crowded and depending on the time and day you go, you can have trouble finding parking as this NFCU is located in the back of a shopping center. I've only ever went inside once but it was clean, the clerks were nice and super helpful. There's two ATMs outside and I've never had any issues with them. Lately they've had cobwebs on them so I wish they could wipe those down every once in a while but it's exposed to the elements so it's to be expected.”
