I've visited this Costco about half a dozen times now and nearly each visit I come across unprofessional supervisor Kieran. The way in which he talks to members, especially non-Caucasian members, needs to be addressed immediately; he is rude, short tempered, and condescending.
This type of attitude does not belong in customer service, much less in management.

Tire center:
Byron helped us out. Did a decent job with customer service, and got us what we needed.
Everyone else working just looked us straight in our eyes, and passed us up without any acknowledgment.
These people have either gotten really comfortable with their jobs, or could care less about the experience of a new customer.
Crazy to see this happen in Asian predominant areas. Asians get treated poorly because the language barrier, or just knowing that Asians are less likely to file a complaint vs a Caucasian predominant areas.
I prefer to go to Tustin because the customer service is better.
Not only spent 400 on tires, the. Spent 120 on random small items while I waited for the tires to get swapped, but I also get treated like a second class citizen after dropping $520.
Worst part is I had to leave for work. This was my girlfriend’s car that was being worked on.
They said 2 hours was the amount of time needed to change the tires.
It got change, but they forgot to tell her it was done.
She had to wait around 3, and a half hours without notification.
These huge corporations are getting out of control just because they realize how much we rely on them.

The large pond in mile square park is a lot of fun. They have fishing available and lots of bikes and ice cream available for patrons. Their are even rafts that you can ride in the pound

Always always always shorthanded. One lady said she had been calling and calling for pizza and nobody even picks up. Always a wait and the food place isn't even full of patrons. The parking situation is just as bad if not worse. This is just the or second to worst Costco in Orange County that I've been to hands down. (Came for a pizza on my lunch break. I work fairly close and this took even longer then the 30...)
