I bought my tires online and they were delivered to the store within 2 days. I was concerned that the first available apt was 2 weeks away, but apts are not needed as you can just show up and have them installed. The whole experience was great. I even watched them properly inflate my spare tire!

Customer service is good! It does take some time, we were told 2 hours but it ended up being 4, this one may be understaffed as all staff seemed to be helping with customers and there were moments when the staff weren't around to help. It's also the holidays
