I pick up prescription for my mom and wait 45 mins. when I come back and need get in line more than 15 mins to have service. That’s really bad service.

Tammy! She was taking orders and was so efficient and got all of us through the line so quick! Once my meal was ready she made sure it was a quick pick up. I don't normally leave reviews but her kindness was worth leaving this review. As always the pizza and salad are amazing!

I've visited this Costco about half a dozen times now and nearly each visit I come across unprofessional supervisor Kieran. The way the way he talks to members especially non-Caucasian members needs to be addressed immediately. He is rude, short tempered, and condescending. This type of attitude does not belong in customer service, much less in management.

[email protected] 02/2/2024 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the MANGOSTEEN product I recently purchased from COSTCO. Upon opening the package, I found that the majority of the 8 products were not fresh. Only 1 of them was acceptable for consumption. This has raised serious concerns for me regarding the quality of your product and has marred my purchasing experience. I would like to emphasize that I am a long-standing customer of your company and regularly purchase your products. However, such a negative experience may compel me to reconsider my choice in favor of competitors' products. I kindly request that you take steps to rectify the situation and ensure the quality of your products in the future. I would also appreciate the opportunity for a refund or replacement of the stale products I have purchased. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I'm a lifelong Costco shopper & after getting groceries I drove out to consider buying gas (against my better judgement)! The worker who was outside at night w/wind was wearing a safety mask & told me I had to literally drive 1/2 mile around the industrial property to access the line to purchase gas LOL. If ur so desperate & poor that it makes sense to drive that loop, then wait to burn 20 min of fuel while idling in line, I will say a prayer for u tonight. F Costco gas!!! #tellmeyouuarepoorwithouttellingme

Gosh, what's wrong with staff at this location? I needed help loading heavy furniture onto a flat bed. I was directed to go and talk to the supervisor where the cashiers are. I couldn't get attention from him, and so I gently tapped on his shoulder to get his attention. He turned around and aggressively screamed at me, asking me not to touch him. Wow, weird!! Please wear a sign on your back saying "Do Not Me Even Gently Tapping My Shoulder With One Finger."

I have been a Costco member since it was Price Club. Nothing but good things I can say about the store and their products and employees. Now and then there is a product I don't like, but I absolutely have no problems returning it. Their employees are always professional. Sometimes they are extremely busy, and you must wait for your turn. I really don't understand why people complain. If someone complains and mentions RACE, it's because they're racists, period.

I really like this store and I really like Costco.. My wish for 2024 is for everyone that gave this store a 1*,2* or 3* to have their membership revoked and are no longer allowed to shop at Costco. These are the people who deserve to shop at Walmart. Happy New Year !!!

Mobile service worker complaint! So my husband and I were here Wednesday in hopes of getting a 3rd line and a new phone for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. I've been a long-time Verizon customer and a Costco member for more than a decade. If you haven't noticed, Costco now has certain phone companies stationed at certain locations. For example, AT&T at the Fountain Valley location, Verizon at the Huntington Beach location, and T-Mobile at the Garden Grove location. We didn't know this when we walked in that day due to intentional false information provided to us by the AT&T salesperson. The salesperson told us that Costco no longer contracts with Verizon or T-mobile, and he references Costco as a whole (all Costco stores). "As you can see, the booth only says AT&T." Said the salesman. When we asked why, he said that Verizon wasn't providing good services and had lost all their contracts with Costco. He also went on talking about how Verizon had all their towers bought out by AT&T and kept insisting that we switch over to AT&T. He kept stating that we needed to trade in our two existing Verizon Samsung phone lines because none of our phones have 5G. Little does he know that my phone is 5G. He kept insisting that we trade our phones in and kept insisting their was a holiday deal that was only good for that night. Costco was offering rebates, but we had to trade in both our phones, get a new phone, add a line for my daughter, AND switch over to AT&T. He did not listen, nor did he care about our needs. Again, we were only there to add a line and to stick with Verizon because we didn't have good experiences with AT&T. As we both can tell, he was only trying to make a sale (possibly commission), and he could care less about what our needs were. So we kindly informed him we would have to contact Verizon to see what deals they were having. He went on insisting that the deal was only good for that night. So we kindly declined and basically was forced to locate an actual Verizon store that same night. We found one and ended up getting a new line with that Verizon store. Then 4 days later!!! I go to the Costco in Huntington Beach and see a Verizon vendor there. Confused, I decided to speak to the Verizon saleslady and was informed that the Fountain Valley Costco AT&T salesman lied, and that informed me that Costco still contracts with Verizon, AT&T and T-mobile So, basically, my family lost out on our Costco perks because that salesman was just trying to make a sale and lied to us. This totally defeats the whole purpose of why my family continues to pay as Costco members. We were cheated out of our perks and possible rebate deals. Costco need to be aware of the people working for the vendors that they contract with. I called and made a complaint but don't know how they plan to address this. I am so upset how our time was wasted, and I can't stop thinking about how unfair this is. How unfair to be cheated out of the Costco perks I deserve to have access to as a loyal paying member. That's what we all pay for. Costco needs to hold that salesman accountable for his actions and address this concern immediately.

12/6/23, 6p . The last gas pump space , on the left facing McDonald's need to have cones or make the space narrower coz other stupid drivers are passing , driving too fast and cutting the line . One driver with license #8ZMF196 Mitsubishi, almost run over the lady when he came too fast . Notified the attendant and didn't do anything , just shook his head.

i've been a member for Costco for over 10 years and never have I experienced such unacceptable behavior from a Cashier employee name Paul S he had such a terrible attitude, very unprofessional and needs better training. I had to call the manager or supervisor to complain about his treatment to me and my sister-in-law. my last time I was there 11/07/23 About 11am. some people should not be working there. If they don't like doing their job right other people will gladly take their jobs and do a better job.I understand sometimes we don't have good days but if you are going to be mean and rude call off work and don't bring your negativity and bad vibes to work keep that at home. not fair to let out on people. The supervisor or manager handled the situation amazing ! Thank you. Paul S was also rude to the elderly Asian lady in front of me and she even left without purchasing anything because she was stressed with him and made me even more sad that she couldn't protect herself because she didn't speak English to response to him. Worst experience from Paul S I hope he gets better training to work with customers.

Costco's app is horrible!!!! Why have things on line & in a computer if it doesn't tell you what is in the store and what is only on line. For disabled people trying to shop. It's a HORRIBLE website. Because every store has different stuff. But you can't tell what is in the store. Unless you get someone to drive you down to the store, And search. Why wouldn't you put what is in the store so you know whether to get a driver or not???!!!?!!?? All the convenience of computers but no information!!
