Avoid the blonde woman employee at all costs. She is absolutely horrible. As i was getting into the checkout lane she asked to scanned my costco card which i let her do thinking she was helping check me out. NOPE!!! It was all so she could try and push the executive membership on me. After politely declining no several times she kept hounding and badgering me about it. Delaying me from checking out. After i finally got in line she still followed me through the checkout line. I kept politely declining so she went to other employees at the front and yelled , "I don't want to deal with him anymore.". All caused i didn't to upgrade to a damn executive membership. As i was finally paid and trying to leave, she still again tried to sell me on the executive membership. Avoid the blonde woman. Several other yelpers have describe their terrible interaction with her as well. And here i though costco employees were suppose to be nice not complete a-holes.

Not sure why Costco has so many low reviews. Go figure In any case, Costco has been a staple for me when it comes to business related products, groceries and home essentials. It's always a treat to see surprise promotional exclusives made just for Costco customers, which include additional items at a discounted price. I also appreciate Costco's commitment to healthier products and produce. They also boast an impressive selection of seasons items as well And if you can't find what you're looking for at the brick and mortar, there's plenty more online to choose from Can't really beat the prices quality and selection here. Heck, even the pharmacy has competitive pricing. What more could you ask for? That's right...more! Gotta love it!

Review for Bonny. This review is for associate Bunny at Costco Vision ONLY. Hubby broke his frame, so he wanted to buy a new frame to put the same glasses. Costco discontinues the frames, so you are forced to order the frame AND the glasses (BAD). Bonny fixed it with a smile. Thank you, Bonny! (Service happened a while ago, but I left this incomplete. Sorry, Bonny).

First, I want to say I love Costco, the one I came from last is the original PriceMart and creator of the brand actually. Kirkland might have well been my middle name.... During the pandemic I went to my local costcos (literally ONLY because of the dog food, which cannot be changed.) and they were immaculate. Hand sanitizer everywhere in the food court, an extra person at the soda bar to serve so thousands of people are not touching the machine, mask reinforcements, complete sanitation of every single cart (no, you cannot have a cart that is dirty and skip the line). This Costco? Doesn't give a F about anything. Not even sanitizer at the food court, where you pay money, or touch a payment tablet, then literally eat with your hands... this review may seem a little outdated, but it hasn't left my mind since I whitenessed it. Makes me very thankful for my locations near my home.

I just got a lots of proteins in my Caesar salad from Costco wholesale in Fountain valley thinking about it to returned to get the money back but the gasoline's price cost more than $8.66 . The reason is there was a dead bug inside the salad, oh gosh I was throwing up after I ate half of the salad . I'm not going to eat any foods from Costco again.

I mean, as far as Costco's go, this place meets expectations and as others have mentioned, it can get pretty crazy in the parking lot as well as the gas line. Upon my recent visit, the return line was seemingly short but it took about 20 minutes to get through 5 people. I'm not certain what happens when some folks are returning items, but it took me a whopping 30 seconds to complete my return when it was my turn. It also did not help that it was mainly only 1 associate helping with returns, as I watched a supervisor also swing by the return area to do a check in with the counter associate but immediately walk away to avoid interaction with waiting customers. However, this Costco seems to be the only location with frozen edamame, which is why I decided to give it 3 stars instead of 2 because it seems this location carries a bit more variety than the Irvine/Tustin Costco. If you can handle the stress of the parking and the slow transactions, this location can be worthwhile for some not-so-common finds.

I love Costco but I would have to say that this is my least favorite location. The parking lot is insanely packed and the gas line is always really long. This location is always always crowded and it doesn't matter if it's a week day or weekend. I only come here when I'm in the area. They do have a lot of unique snacks that I can't find at other locations. Other than that, I try to avoid this location.

This review is for the Optometry department. I would highly recommend this Costco Fountain Valley location for your Optometry needs. Why I'm suggesting this location is because all of the employees I've dealt with have been so professional and helpful. I had visited the Lakewood Costco and the employee wasn't helpful at all and told me that she needed a printed prescription from my optometrist before she could even talk to me. Crystal (Fountain Valley location) helped me with choosing glasses, suggested alternative styles and had such great reasons why, which I wouldn't even have thought of. She really took a lot of time with me explaining the differences between the lens types also. Shout out to the Manager Cathy who adjusted my glasses and told me if I had any issues at all to bring them back in. Costco has a great return policy too.

My 2nd time visiting this Costco location. Located right next to Ross department stores They have a Costco gas also. Love coming to this location for the Asian items available unlike my local city Costco, Yorba Linda. I'd usually go to the my old Fullerton Costco that isn't too far away from my city now for the Asian items. Parking wasn't hard to find. Really lots of parking available. Food court is located outside of the warehouse. Definitely will be back to shop here whenever I'm in the area/city. Came during midweek Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't a pack house. Love COSTCO!

I'll update my review when I have a moment but quick thing...they want to remove my mom (who spends about 20k a year here) due to me shopping for her Friday 4/22/22. My mom went in the Garden Grove location last night trying to purchase the SAME S*** she sent me in for during the day & they told her it's blocked & she needs to go to this location to discuss the situation. Here we come Sam's Club. & yes I have my own card I just didn't bring it in with me due to it being all her groceries. She won't have time to go in anytime soon as that's why she sent me to grab her literally only FOOD!

Produce is not the best, lately I been having fruit that goes bad the following day. Unfriendly staff. Poor management. I spend over 1 hour shopping at the time of payment they only took cash cause their system was down unbelievable! I will just probably shop at my local Trader Joe's , canceling my membership

What a horrible location in the Costco chain. This location is poorly managed. More than likely because the General Manager is rarely on site. The gas station attendants are rude and snarky. They keep changing the route to get into line for gas. They have signs placed near the entrances to the parking lot, but they do not point in an accurate direction to go around the back of the store to get in line for gas. The stores main manager is never on site during regular store operating hours. After contacting Costco's corporate offices and requesting to speak with the district manager that district manager has the nerve to have an assistant manager for the location call me? Avoid this location if you like good, professional service!
