I used to come here for car washes all the time but no more. The quality of the wash has gone down significantly. They left the inside of my car still dirty. Today, they nearly crashed my car with another car and I noticed a gold chain of mine has gone missing. I’m not accusing anyone of theft but if they even threw it away, that’s really careless of them.

I do not recommend this place. I asked for a wash for 60 and they charged me 70. I thought it was fine as long as my car was clean, but they delivered it to me dirty and they told me it needed to be polished and they didn't want to clean it. In the end, I ended up washing it myself at my house. They cleaned the rims, they should be more professional and honest.

The manager, Sabri, was super helpful! I called ahead, and he was friendly, both on the phone and upon arrival. He also appeared to work very hard at running the business. The car wash was as good if not better than other hand car washes around; my car turned out very clean and Sabri inspected it to make sure there was nothing left uncleaned. I would happily return if I am ever in the area again and need a wash.

Unfortunately not good left everything dirty everything was basically wiped down with an old Rag . THE RIMS were the worst part they didn't even clean them it looks like they just wiped a rag over it and that's it

Pretty terrible for $40 + tip. The car looks cleaner but not what you would expect after a car wash. Doesn't seem like they wiped down the inside with anything but a rag. Windows are still dirty. Center console dirty. They also broke the plastic piece to the bottom of the seat and left it in the passengers seat.

Brought my Sonata, I quit smoking and they got the smell out of the seats, and cleaned the interior. Reasonable price for a good job.

Love this place so much. I tried all the car wash locations in Santa Ana, and this one is far the best one and reasonable prices. I recommend to everyone one.

I just finished driving on the highway and the car was dirty and royal hand car wash made my car look brand new and they went ahead and they took extra detail to clean the roof rack and the detail is excellent highly recommend

I tried to give no star but that wasn't an option. They don't even deserve 1 star.The worst car wash I have EVER been to. There was maybe 2 cars that were being washed when I arrived. I wanted a detail (mainly the interior) told Mark who seemed very helpful exactly what we wanted. Then my spouse was asking him if we can just add the certain areas I wanted cleaned instead of the detail. Which he said no that my car was too dirty. Which it wasn't that dirty literally food crumbs that are easily vacuumed. I didn't feel like arguing with this scammer so I just told him the detail is fine. Although we saw when we were inside that there was a mini detail that was far less than what we were quoted for & they will clean everything I asked before. Again my spouse pointed this out to scammer Mark & he said no that they don't do certain things (even though they had a white board stating otherwise). I again just let it be. We were going to the register & again scammer Mark was requesting us pay in cash & he will give us $5 off. I thought okay this is maybe a small business I'll take out cash even though I usually never do. We waited 5 yes FIVE hours for a detail. The car was not that dirty. I usually go to the other hand wash just down the street which I should have just went but my spouse thought maybe we should check this spot out. Because we were running errands across the way. But clearly we were completely wrong. I should have just waited until the wax bros had an opening OR drive down the street to the hand wash (that I have been going to for YEARS).We kept calling to get the status of the car since scammer mark stated that it would be 2 hours. He never answered so my spouse had to walk back to see the status. He was told that there was "two of the best guys working on our car since we seem like really nice people" that was completely bs. There was only one man working on an SUV! Which is why it took forever. & even when it was "done" it wasn't. The seats were soaked, the carpets were cleaned even though we have weather carpets. Then when my spouse told the owners son they son wasn't helpful, considerate, or trying to solve the issue. He just told my spouse since he knows what is needed to do a proper car wash he should open his own. What kind of owner, businessman, worker would suggest this. We are coming to you for your business. Yet you don't have the proper resources for you to actually do your job. Or your workers to do your job.DONT COME HERE! Go down the street to the other car wash. They will rip you off, scam you, give you a horrible wash. It's not the workers who actually wash your car it's the owners who tell them what to do, provide them with their supplies, how many can work on a car.Clearly the 1 person that gave a positive review was either a relative of the business or a paid review.
