Tom, the pharmacist is incredible. He goes above and beyond to get prescriptions not in stock. He calls to keep you updated. I've never had to wait long. The chain pharmacy's should take notes from this smaller family run pharmacy. I've been coming here for about a year. I hope to never have to go anywhere else

Best pharmacy in OC. Tom is extremely helpful and considerate, always having my prescriptions on time with no difficulties. His service is impeccable, which ultimately led me to get all my prescriptions through Coastline Care Pharmacy. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I have been a long time customer of Coastline Care Pharmacy and I've always been very happy with their customer service. The pharmacist is always helpful and on top of my medication refills. The delivery driver who delivers our medication to our home has always been friendly and easy to communicate with to schedule delivery times. Communication with my pharmacy is super important to me and great communication is one of their strong points as a business. I've recommended this pharmacy to someone else who has a lot of important medication for their daughter and they have been very pleased with Coastline Care Pharmacy as well. I'm a very satisfied customer. It's a great small business in the city of Fountain Valley. Thank you Coastline Care for being so great over the years!

CVS has gone from bad to worse. They are extremely busy but hire more help. Despite the two questionable bad reviews, I went in and spoke with the Pharmacist. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. The place was immaculate. Looking forward to doing business with this family owned business.

No thanks. Poorly managed. Incompetent staff. Messy and sloppy. Does the owner even care? Yikes this place is a mess. They have terrible selections and take forever to do anything. Staff is unfriendly. And time wasted is exponential. Must be run by someone who hides away from his responsibilities and doesn't give a crap about how a store is run. It reflects in everything about Coastline.

Excellent customer service. Always on top of everything. At some bigger pharmacies I get anxiety because I'm just a number and they make it so complicated, waiting forever and they're not nice sometimes at the bigger pharmacies. Not here! Tom really cares about his business and patients.

Was super pleased with my experience. After having my wisdom teeth removed I just wanted to get my medications and go home to rest. The pharmacist was quick and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more. Will be using them going forward.

Would give a 0 they charge different prices every time paid 55 and they tried to charge me 110 just because I was a few days early and have to go out of state for family emergency to Nv

The only pharmacy I'll ever use. Longest wait I've had was 15 minutes, to fill five scripts. And he's never made an error on the meds, prices, or anything. Knows me as soon as I come in, already aware of the meds i have refills for and those I'm bringing in. Same day delivery if I need it, and free! He's made exceptional efforts to reach my doctor when the doc made an error( and my doc is almost impossible to reach by phone-fax only!). One of my meds isn't covered by my insurance but I get a good, affordable price here. He also asks if I have a driver waiting and if so he makes sure to be quick. Just the best person in the best pharmacy I've ever encountered in 67 years and in four states.

First let me say that no one asked me to make this review period I am making this review simply because I would like to share my experience with this Pharmacy . This is by far one of the best family owned pharmacies ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I am a 100% disabled US Army Veteran and the Pharmacist was outstanding and so willing to help. He literally spent an hour and a half with me today going over all my medication and making sure he had the ability to order what I needed and he went above and beyond to ensure all my medical needs were met. One of the other things i really liked is that the pharmacists brother is proudly serving in the US Armed Forces, and that he understood the sacrifice military members have to make, which made me feel good knowing that they respect and are happy to treat military and tricare members at this pharmacy. And to top it all off, he gave me some great personal recommendations for hospitals in the area that are highly regarded. I have probably 20 medications and some are very rare and he knew all of them and had no problem overnight ordering them for me. On top of that they will deliver to your house! Im telling you, ive delt with a lot of pharmacy's and doctors over the last few years and this is now my go to pharmacy. I wont go anywhere else and highly recommend you do the same. You will be taken care of. And, they do not judge you for being on certain medications like a lot of pharmacys do. Over all i am so happy that I called him yesterday and decided to try this pharmacy out. 5 stars all around.

Coastal Care Pharmacy is convenient, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well stocked with a variety of over the counter items. They are located across the street from the Orange Coast Memorial Hospital and Medical offices.

This pharmacy is conveniently located right across the street from Orange Coast Memorial Hospital, the plaza itself has tons of parking. It is in the same plaza as Afters Ice Cream and G Burger. I noticed the grand opening sign of this pharmacy as I was having lunch at G Burger, I had a prescription to be filled in my car and figured I might as well get it filled here while I am in this plaza. Right after finishing up my lunch, I went in to drop off my prescription, I immediately noticed that this pharmacy is like a mini version of CVS or Walgreens. There are many over the counter products for customers to purchase, as well as a waiting area. I am used to that sad wall and window pharmacy that every pharmacy in this area has, so this was refreshing to see the nice setup of this pharmacy. The pharmacist immediately greeted me and asked if they could help me with anything, I handed over my prescription and the rest was history. They took care of the insurance, had my prescription filled, explained to me how to take the drugs and any possible side effects of the drugs. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great local business in the neighborhood, so I definitely will come back to support. Highly recommended local pharmacy in the Fountain Valley area.
