I have to get my blood drawn often. I can only use one side now due to surgery, which now gets collapsed veins easily. Getting poked and drawn in a lab vs hospital is WAY better. The girls here are FAST and ACCURATE. They will talk to you to distract you which is nice. I use to get nauseous and faint, they help calm and distract me. This is what they do all day, so, it shows their expertise! They've never had to go in twice. THANK YOU!

For the past couple of times that I have been here, I have always been greeted warmly by the Vietnamese woman who is the receptionist and lab technician. Her expertise does show, as she gets the needle to go in smoothly! She takes the stress off of blood drawing also by doing her best to make conversation with me. I really appreciate how welcoming, gentle, and kind she has always been to me.

CMBLabs, Covidtestingcyprus, covidtestingsupport.com all scammed me and the wife out of $200. They did not provide results within 24 hours as guranteed (I would have missed flight if I waited). Booked Covid test with "Covid Testing Cyprus", email came from Covidtestingsupport.com, They sent it to the CMBLabs. The lab was a joke, they gave you the swab to put in your own samples! Phoned and emailed all parties, was told sorry the lab is closed and they cannot provide us with the results. Only refunded booking fee (28 dollars).. Pointed us to a phone number. Contacted phone number was a phone service, they said they would relay the message on monday. Could not use results, had to go get it done at "sameday health" who were fast and professional. Results came after 48 hours! Covidtestingsupport pointed me to get refund from CMBLABS, CMBLABS refused to refund me saying they provided the lab on time. They just keep pointing at eachother and saying not our fault and you loose your money. Dealth with Michelle Huston who had terrible customer service and would not respond to emails. Do not deal with any of the above mention companies, their reviews speak for themselves.

The people are good who draw blood.. But don't expect friendly hello when you walk in.. The girl at the front desk is rude.

This lab has been a horrible experience. I waited for over an hour after signing in and ringing the bell. She was unable to locate the vein after poking around in my arm. I got up and left without the test being done. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of care they provide. Stay away from this lab. I will not be back!

No problems with this place whatsoever. I arrived late morning and no other patients were there. I produced my doctor's orders, ID, and insurance card. After a brief wait, I was ushered inside where the phlebotomist drew blood, gave me my FIT's, and asked for my urine sample. Pretty quick, easy, and professional. I'm satisfied. Now, hopefully Yelp will update their address and office hours. N.B.: their lunch hour is 12:15 to 1, but I think you can drop off samples during that time.

This place is the pits. Only one person doing the job of three. Receptionist -- who had such a thick accent that she was barely comprehendable -- is also the technician. The place is dirty with waste bins overflowing and supplies strewn all over the testing room. I had a cold and asked for a tissue but they didn't have any. Was given supplies for a home test but without any instructions. I'm considering changing insurance groups so I can go to Quest labs instead.

VERY VERY VERY RUDE.... I took my niece to get her blood drawn, I walked in to no receptionist, a sign in paper with the last patient at 3pm, and a bell. I rang the bell and signed her in. Feom the back, a voice says "SIGN IN AND HAVE A SEAT!". My eyebrow rises and we have a seat. Out comes SONIA on the phone and says, " I.D. and Insurance information" with her head down. I then asked "who are you talking to"? she replies "You! There is no one else in here". The fact that she came to the front desk on the phone, never acknowledged the only ones i km here lobby and starts talking in incomplete sentences, I guess I assumed that she was still on the phone. However, After I let her know that she was rude and should acknowledge people so that they know who she is speaking to, she goes to say that she will not help us and she was the only person there.... So in so many words forget what we need, she does what she wants and we will not get anything done there. That would be fine if this was a fast food or clothing store, or may e even if she owned the place. But this is a place where peolp6come to get there blood drawn for many of reasons, and to have to come in and deal with an attitude of her caliber is horrible and she is going to run them out of business. We left and will go somewhere else, but o truly hope her boss understands that reviews and word of mouth is everything these days.
