“I am editing my previous post to say that I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Sam’s Fine Tailoring as well as the final resolution to my return. I was initially not made aware of how Sam’s returns are processed. It is a two step return process where shipping and processing charges are returned separately so I received the refund in two parts. Once I spoke to John Anderson who helped me, it was all cleared up. I did receive a full refund as John Promised and I am very pleased.
