A long awaited review. I've been recommended this place since my boyfriend and I got our cat and have since been coming here since she was 7 months old! Whether it's for grooming or both haircut and grooming, Kuma always comes home smelling good and looking fresh. We suck at cutting her nails, but were told by staff here that she's the absolutely sweetest and calm in there! I love the care they give for her and haven't had a problem. The haircut we choose for her is the Lion's Cut. At first when she was young, they recommended not to shave her in case her fur was still growing out. I still appreciate their advice because now we get the best results! An extra charge will be added if they find fleas (even just one), which they let you know ahead of time. Appointments only and currently only taking zelle/cash so plan accordingly! There are also cats available for adoption so please check them out! Would love to take them in if I was able to but they're lovable and deserve a home T-T

Just an update - we still come here. One of our fur babies passed away but we still take our boy cat here. He always comes home smelling wonderful after his spa day. Something great to remember about this business is they also offer cat boarding, which I have used their services and felt so comfortable leaving my babies in their care. One of the unique things about their boarding services is they do medications for pets too, which is rare. Lastly, they have kitties for adoption. Their adoption fee is fair and the kitties all come clean, and with shots.

Our Maine Coon needed a sanitary trim. Loved being able to drop in between 9-3. In a very short time our cat's hind section was trimmed to make clean up after using the litter box a less time consuming process. Thank you for the kind and friendly atmosphere when we walked in. First trip of many.

I was picking up my cat from boarding, and I wanted to leave a review of what I experienced. I saw a puppy getting a bath, and the way the lady talked to that dog was so adorable! She used a calm and kind voice and truly cared for the little one. She did not see me, but it was so cute, I had to share. Oh, my feline is doing well too, I'm sure she had a blast with the other kitty friends.

I'm very happy with the services they performed on my cat! He was in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. I'm talking brushing , nail clipping , ear clean , spot shave and bathing. Cat got the works done by Claws N Paws Day Spa ! I recommend this pace for all the cats / dog parents.

My cat was in need of a groom so i found this place. I called right away but it went straight to a message saying that they would call me back to arrange an appointment after i left my requested time slot. But they never called me back and i had to go in person in order to make an appointment. Prior to the appointment they informed me that if my cat had fleas they would charge me extra and of course i understand this aspect. I did not end up being charged extra because he did not have any but soon after he was groomed at this location he started to scratch. My cat contacted fleas and pretty severely as it is now an infestation after a short amount of time. I wouldn't recommend going here as I was left disappointed and upset with the outcome.

My experience with Claws N Paws Day Spa is fairly extensive and wonderful. Decided to stop my mobile groomer and try taking my hig-strung white cat to be groomed and furminated. After visiting CNP we had very little white hair in our house for months, something we hadn't experienced in 10 years! I was over the moon with happiness. I also adopted a very shy cat who had been with them for close to 9 months because he was too shy for most. I love him to pieces and he was so well cared for when I adopted him. He's still shy but he's "my guy." Last, I've recently taken my two newest cats for a walk-in nail trim and furmination. When they were returned, within 30 min for both, they looked amazing! I also love Norma and Alex who who groom and know their cats and dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are wonderful and they provide top notch care and quality service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CATS OR DOGS.

I took my 8month King Charles Cavalier for his first ever grooming appointment. I was so happy with their work.Price was very reasonable.He felt so soft and smelled great! They did an excellent job on his trim. They gently took care of his matted hair behind his ears. He looked amazing!! We'll definitely be back. Staff was very nice and friendly. I loved that it only took a little over an hr for his grooming.

So impressed! We took our fussy, older (14 years) ragdoll cat to get his first ever grooming done here. As he aged his grooming habits decreased and we started to noticed matted hair appear on the right side of his body. We tried to comb them out but he seemed too uncomfortable and upset whenever we tried. Nervous about how he would handle it, I did a lot of research to find a local groomer. I called and they were able to get us in two days later. They were so kind- explained what they thought the best haircut would be for him, etc. They said he did great!! We are now able to pet him in all of the places he used to hate due to the matted fur. Max is now a super happy, playful, kitten- like, Lion- cut cutie. Thank you Claws n' Paws!! Highly recommend especially for cats!

Was in the neighborhood and called around as needed my chiweenie's nails trimmed down. $15 for trim and file but if it takes 2 people then cost increases to $20 Small shop so they accepted a walk-in. Really friendly. I liked that they donate and raise funds for rescues. From the vibe I got the staff genuinely cared for the animals
