Just walked in to try and open an account and three people standing around one customer while a line is waiting to be helped, the gentleman behind me asked if they needed all three to help one person and one girl threw her hand up as if to say one minute then walked off with the other girl giggling and laughing one of them was dancing around as they continued to talk in the corner. Forget it I'll open an account else where if this is your idea of customer service.

Worst bank ever I'll move from Citibank today everyone should do the same This old atm machines jammed the deposit I made, I've been trying to get my money back

I should have taken it as a sign when I saw that they still had the old ATMs. All of the other branches that I've been to had upgraded their ATMs 3 months ago. Well, the ATM at this location ate up my money and gave me a receipt that said it couldn't give me my cash right now. I have taken it up to customer service, but really? This should not have happened in the first place.

Why does this bank only have 2 ATM's, one walk up and one drive thru, but both doesn't work? They always seem to have this issue all the time!! You can't go to the teller to pay for your cc/ you have to do it online. In the past you can. It's odd and time to close my accounts bc it's not worth it!! I'm sure other banks have more than 2 ATMs and they work ALL the time.

Came in to cash a large check today. Bank manager said they didn't have the money to cash the check. Get your money ASAP before they don't have it

Worst CitiBank Branch to visit literally! Went in today because I been having a headache writing checks with my account and Customer Service is referring me to the Branch, first of all they dont even have any sign in sheets to know whos in line or whos next to see the Personal Banker, there is only one working on the floor even though the teller said there is 2 available! After waiting over 20 minutes, One of those Bankers walk up and ask us all out of order what we are here for. Walks up to the other Banker and tells her the reason for our visits then with an Attitude the other banker starts telling me that she is going to be too busy to help me today even though I am telling her I need this urgently to be fixed today, says "since I opened the account online there is nothing she can do for me at the branch" even though if she wasnt "busy" she would have been able too. The only thing she offered to me was to print out the signature Card that I could have done myself and she will mail it for me on MONDAY!! This is ridiculous, First of All STAFF RIGHT ON SATURDAY, Second of All TRAIN YOUR BANKERS TO HAVE SOME SYMPATHY AND EMPATHY WHEN THEY ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS, and Third of All Set up some Sign in Sheet so Our time is RESPECTED! Never going to that branch again!!

Omar Landa helped me with my questions and took the time explaining every single question. He was very thorough and patient and professional. The service at this branch was excellent. I went to teller a few times and they were also very professional. The line moved quickly. Will definitely come to this location in the future.

Having 11 years in community banking, I feel like I know when to go to a Teller or when I need a Banker. Specifically, I needed a letter from the bank which was usually provided by the Branch Manager or Banker. I was waiting for a few minutes for a Banker when I saw the Teller Line had no wait. When I approached the Line I was professionally greeted by Phun Nguyen. She took the time to hear my concern and rather than pass me back to the Banker (which is what I expected) she researched it herself. She found not only the letter I needed but the step by step instructions too. Next time I need help from Citibank I will go here.

Dumbest customer service i have ever experienced I was told the teller that I need a banker because something complicated happened in my account and I need someone with more access to explain to me few transactions. He insisted that he can help just to tell me after few minutes that I need to see a banker ( thank you for waisting my time) then mister banker shows up open system and gets even more confused than me . And blame it on the fact that there is too much activity( sorry for using your bank so much maybe I should bank somewhere else) bottom line A teller handling money all day doesn't know that time is money A banker doesn't know that the bank makes more money when there is more activity in accounts. Go figure Citi bank is cool but this locations employees are d***

I honestly do not know why other reviews are horrendous, but I have been banking with Citibank since 2014. Diana Elam (Lewis) helped set up my account, and recently helped me change account packages since Citibank is throwing out the college student account package. Diana also helped me set up a bill payment, so I could get the monthly fee waived for the basic banking package. I thought I had to switch banks because I could not afford the Citibank account package (which I was automatically transferred to due to the college student package), but with Diana's help and clarification, I was able to enroll in the Citibank basic banking package. I never had any trouble talking to the tellers in the booths nor the bankers at their desks. I am fortunate to be a customer of Citibank, and I intend on creating a retirement plan with them very soon!

CONSTANTLY THE WORST SERVICE ea time I come into this Branch; I'm Trustee for my 86 year old Mother so my name is on all the bank and property accounts and has been since my father passed in 2011. Every time I come into this bank without my mother, I have a hassle to withdraw or get a cashiers check pulling out some of her investment income that builds up. Today, Saturday 8/25/18 AGAIN A HASSLE on the account that we had to go to customer service; there is one person ahead of us...fine..BUT they say it's an hour to an hour 20 before they'll get to us. AN HOUR; in this day and age that is not service. That is just NOT ACCEPTABLE whether it's for an 86-year-old elderly person or a 20yr. old account holder. The manager's response is "it's Saturday and we only have one person here...Boil boy I like to see what the wait is if three people. Meanwhile they have foretellers foretellers in the bank is a graveyard. We been here for 35 minutes and there was only two customers that came in to the teller line so I think things are lopsided. Also their response was kind of snotty VS and pathetic that oh my gosh can we call you or is it possible to come into the branch during the week or anything else other than just what you expect this is a Saturday... that manager should be retrained or demoted. Again see why people post yelp reviews because they get so frustrated and it burns our time that we are just compelled to let others know how to hopefully avoid this.

Absolutely terrible. I was first person through the door , was not greeted stood in front of the wealth management desk for 25 mins before I had to get up and ask the bank manager who was right there the whole time watching if I could get some help. 5 different associates walking around couldn't ask me for help. This is my first negative review ever written.

Don't use this location customer service is horrible! My paychecks are written on citi so I come to cash, well I was in the area and when I got to the window she said "I need to verify the checks please have a seat in the lobby" so I was dumbfounded cause this has never happened. So I do as I am told, then she continues to help the others in line and about 6 people later she calls for me and she hasn't even verified anything! She is feverishly typing asking for my info. It's ridiculous and to think I was going to open an account! Ms. N. Hernandez should learn some customer service! Never again will I go to this branch! I will drive to the other one in a heart beat.
