“I used to go to this church 60 years ago when I was a child it was just the small one on the side back then, but the church pool was there. My mother's name was Mary Ellen h a n s e n my father was Marv h a n s e n they're both passed away now. They would have joined in about 1962 my mother taught Bible school for young kids and my father was in the choir sometimes he made some arrangements for the organist. The pastor's name was Pastor enter a tall man with dark hair and dark glasses. And the new pastor was Pastor Paul a young man with light hair I am K Hanson I am 66 now. Unfortunately we moved from Garden Grove in 1968 and later to Houston Texas so we never could come back to visit although I do miss Garden Grove very much.”

“I feel so sad about the sudden passing away of Fr. Perez, he started this church. But his death did not amount to nothing. It only flourished more the old traditional way of saying Mass.
