Having large selection of videos, sounds good, right? WRONG- it is not good when a purchase and payment of 11/15 then leads to a follow up with customer service on 12/15 requesting to get a tracking number to track the shipment. They replied in 2 days BUT ignored the tracking number question or if none available, no explanation about it is given. BUT instead they responded and stated, the vedio was shipped and should arrive in 2 days or so. Well "or so" leads to another follow with customer service on 12/27 once again inquiring about a tracking number of product shipped, in which they have yet not responded. My personal experience: customer service is lacking basic understanding of a customer's needs and hold no truth/knowledge as to when a product will be received. Wish me luck come Monday in attempting to get my money back.

I love Budo Videos and these guys have pretty much EVERY martial arts DVD/video ever created.
I have also had the privilege of training at the headquarters with Budo Jake and it is a huge place with an amazing staff. There's not a better place to get a Gi, DVD, patches or anything related to martial arts!
Say hello to Budo Jake as well, he's one of the coolest guys ever!
