I am having a bad banking experience with Bank Of America as a whole. Their representatives and systems is not on the same margin, information provided can be misleading leading to disappointment. Especially their customer's cares service department; their robotic careless tone of voice was very annoying. It don't seems like they are putting the well- being of their customers as priority.

I usually just use this bank for the super convinient drive thru ATM which I usually love but today, while going through, i requested a withdraw amount and it gave me $100 SHORT with NO RECIPT!! Then it just gave me my card and told me to have a good day. I pulled aside to check my online BOA if they had actually charged me the full amount and they did! The bank was closed so i couldnt ask for my 100$. I hope it was just a glitch and they arent out there stealing this money!

This branch needs to be closed down. The place is in total chaos with overflowing customers and not enough employees to assist or even control the flow of traffic. There is no one directing customers and randomly helping people out of order in line. Laura Rivas was extremely rude with a smirk on her face as she made us wait past our appoints time while she gossiped with co-workers. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. We just left after she made a racist comment.

Hello i dont bank with BofA but came in to get take care of a check issue. Horrible line out the door nd 2 tellers and one is for hanipcap. A employee walking around helping people at the back of the line. Horrible customer service at this branch no sense of urgency. The rest of the employees are walking around even just talking to each other and talking to friends in line. Day before 4the of July staff according especially. Absolutely horrible sad to know this is one of the biggest banks. I will never be bank that's why I bank with Schools First

This review is for whoever is in charge of managing staff , specifically hiring. This review needs to get passed to whoever is in charge of this. I was waiting to be helped for over half an hour. The line was super long and only one teller was available, another one would jump in and out to help but this is not nearly enough tellers for the amount of people in line. This happens every time I have to stop at this branch, I’ve waited almost an hour before. The loan side is well staffed and it’s a bad look on BoFA. I even felt bad for the two tellers helping all of us, I can’t imagine what it must be like to spend 40 hours a week with a huge line in front of you. We all know what it’s like to have a busy day at work and I felt so bad for them. The poor tellers were super helpful and professional despite this and it’s the only good part about it all. You need to staff your branch appropriately. Unacceptable and stingy business practices.

My account was withdrawn 5K with the stolen check. I came to the branch and met some banker who told me to sign up and he was ready to talk to me. The receptionist then told me I need to take an appointment. I tried to convince the receptionist that the situation is urgent and I need to block my account or need advices for further actions. He told me to call 1 800. I found this 'help' is not acceptable for such emergency situation.
