I'm trying to get a k&n cabin air filter cleaner, and they had on stock on the app. Came over, and there's nothing on the shelves. I asked a guy, and they said yes, we had on stock but come back tomorrow cause it's still in the palette. Wth! I'm not gonna come back here. Nice service. They need to hire a more reliable person. 0 stars

I went to the store yesterday to buy a t-shirt with a flag for the 4th of July. I politely asked a heavily tattooed attendant if I could check the size. He said no. Then I asked if I could exchange it if it didn’t fit, and he responded, "I don't make the rules; you can't exchange it." This is outrageous! I will never go back to AutoZone. This is against commercial laws, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Zero stars!

Store is poorly managed, employees seemly just hardly working regardless customer waiting, seemly just being “ Spanish speaking as Manager “ . Hard to return item ( even for store credit) Spanish speaking employees having bad attitudes towards Asian customers and towards other Asian coworker.So many times when I come there to shop and pay cash then those Spanish worker demanded me to go to certain register to check out causing inconvenience ; moreover that certain register is at the blind spot of camera !!! Corporation should edit the store for internal problems like “ inventory shortages” or “ items lost “ or …just simply systematically internal lost sale

My battery died yesterday, and from my experience with this happening a few times more then I'd like to admit, (I spend allot of my time in my car) it's best to just get a new one after it dies once. After all, it's not like it has none lives like a cat. It will bite you in the booty later. I went to this location to get a new battery, and I'm so happy I did. Let me tell you about this wonderful employee named Ali. Don't let his age fool you. He should be the manager because he is highly qualified and he is a good soul, evolved and his mother I'm sure is so proud. Wow, he helped me all the way through the entire process and I was really relieved that I found a prince in a autozone store full of peasants. Prince Ali! Yay! Have a beautiful day!

Bait and switch pricing. Employees using profanity with customers. Bad attitudes toward customers. It does not get worse. Had better experiences at other retailers like Performance Auto and O'Reilly.

I stopped in here this evening because I wanted to get my battery and alternator checked. Aly was so helpful and checked both for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained that there was a problem with my alternator. It was late in the evening and it was cold outside. He was happy to help and I super appreciated it.

Best employees! Thanks, Ali! I needed my battery checked, and I was so nervous about it that Ali used two different instruments to confirm the voltage. They are always so helpful and professional. If you need anything, ask for Ali! I always make all my parts related purchases here as well as small items, too, thanks, again!

The manager name Recardo MHe is not the right person to manage big store like AutozoneHe didn't give me my right to exchange my starter duralast life time warranty because I didn't have the receipt from 3 years ago although autozone is only one sell that products it is fack deal from autozone. don't trust or deal with companies like that does not respect their policies for life time warranty
