Good afternoon, I do not recommend this place. I went to get a car. Mr. Arturo did not even give me information. I said I could give 2000 and he put 2500 after I told him and he said in payments and he even threatened to put it on my credit, it is not Like other places that explain your payment, what they are going to charge you for the hard car, 3 memes after I grabbed it with the light on from a sensor, I struggled to get it fixed, long story, I'll post a photo of the damaged car to put the license plates on.

Man Ramses is the man!! I’ve struggled getting a loan die to my credit but Ramses spent all day the first day working for my approval. Other dealerships couldn’t give me any loans, here comes Ramses asking me which car I wanted out of 5!!!!! Then spent the next day all day getting everything finalized as my finances weren’t adding up. He was patient and encouraging. Didn’t feel like just a check. He was genuinely a trying to get me in a car and understand my situation.

So I give them 3 stars. So I’m not going to name names because I find that to be unprofessional however I feel how I was spoken to after the fact, may be from a cultural dialect barrier or a cultural difference in how business is conducted. I don’t know but I had one point of contact, I came in same contact sold me the vehicle between that point of contact and the owner was able to make a deal no problem however, when I left, I did not receive receipt. Did not receive a bill of sale did not receive copies of anything. Nothing about my trade in. Nothing!!!!
The next day, and that point of contact was nowhere to be found. Someone else was handling my case, which threw me completely off and I was taken a back from a new person.. and still as I drove off the lot after four hours still had no receipt in hand still had no bill of sale still had no paperwork whatsoever.
Received an email from someone in the office who did not state who they were, asking for a bill (apparently the utility bill) I provided wasn’t sufficient. Even though while I was in the office, I showed them my leasing agreement my online bill for my cell phone. so I could prove my residency. Again, which I offered multiple paperwork prior and was told it was sufficient now all of a sudden was no longer sufficient
Received a text message from the owner on Tuesday the weekend after and still did not validate that I received zero paperwork was so concerned about me providing a bill with my address… which I’ve been at the same address for over six years and I explained that he was being rude and he got really snippy with me because there is a major disconnect on Customer Service and the way you properly speak to people. I would say my experience wasn’t the worst, but it definitely was not the best.
I find it extremely unprofessional and very rude because I work in Customer Service and I would never speak to a customer, especially somebody who’s purchasing a large purchase such as a car in the manner that I have been spoken to. Let alone how I was being treated prior to signing the contract. Versus after I had signed and how I was being treated. Maybe it’s me but I left feeling less than. When you should feel extremely excited and overjoyed when you’re purchasing a car, I left the facility, feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and had a knot in my stomach because of how I was being spoken to and treated.
So if you don’t have the best of credit you’re gonna go to these people who will finance you and you will be treated like the scum on the bottom of your shoe instead of going to a reputable dealership because that’s how this game works, but I’m letting anyone know to expect this.
Be prepared to walk away and then be bombarded with emails and text messages days after and then told that they’re not being rude that you’re the rude person as the customer! And if you don’t like it, bring back the car!
If can give one word of advice if you have one point of contact that point of contact should stay with you the entire longevity of the purchase. I felt that there were too many hands in the pot and it’s extremely unprofessional and made me very uneasy because it seemed slimy!
I don’t know if I would recommend this facility. I will have to see how it goes in the next few months with my payments and with the finance company. I may come back and leave another review then. I would just say buyer beware if you don’t care about being treated like you’re nothing. This might be the place for you, but if you want to be treated like are a valued seen and heard customer possibly maybe go somewhere else.
I know there were other dealerships and they are diamond dozen, but I’m pretty sure there’s other facilities. I could’ve gone to that. I probably would’ve been treated completely differently and most likely better better.

I just called in and was called a stupid Wedo (Racial slur for white person) . All because I Called and inquired about a jeep they had for sale with no posted price. I. told him I thought their jeep price was too high.He was Rude condescending and making racial slurs to me. I guess if you like being talked down to this is a great place to go I wish I could’ve gave them zero stars
