Horrible. They refused my service due to got full tank filled elsewhere. As restaurant owner, producer and doordash RAC. I dishonor this one. The clerk is so bossy11/27/2023: A complaint filled to Gov under my company. Hope you improve after it.

The rudest worker Javier no costumer service at all so terrible. Absolutely a nightmare to get air in this place dont bother. Just keep driving a little bit further to Cheveron or Shell they have free air and nice bathrooms and best of all they have a friendly crew. Not gonna lie the crew here look like they gonna mug you straight hood. DO BETTER ARCO! Both arcos are not worth it just drive a little further not worth it.

I do not recommend this place, we started to fill up our diesel truck. Went inside and asked to use the restrooms and he said No… It’s only for customers. We explained to him we’re filling up with diesel right now. The clerks name was Javier, he was not pleasant and rude… it was not til my husband went in with the receipt and expressed his dissatisfaction when he finally gave us the key!

Went to get gas and went into the store. Asked to use the restroom and was told it was closed. I pointed at the bathroom door with the sign above showing mens and women's bathrooms and asked, "why? They're right there." And the worker smiled at me and said "closed". So I asked, what do you use when you have to go and she said "we have our own." I looked around and there's no other bathroom, so I told her "first that's a lie and second I just filled up my tank, so you're telling me a paying customer can't use your bathroom but an employee can?" She just smiled, shrugged, and said "yes, not for customer". This Arco am/pm is down the street from The Fountain valley sports complex. So all you travel baseball families with kids that'll stop by to use the bathroom while you fill up and get drinks and snacks - don't come here. Customers should come first and this type of arrogant behavior and non customer Service shouldn't be rewarded with our money. Whoever owns this Arco should provide an explanation why a paying customer, in the middle of the day, would arbitrarily close a bathroom. Time to start boycotting places like this.
