No one likes to help here. The employees will redirect you to the next employee until you come across one that’s willing to help you.

Thank you to everyone who works at this store.
I came from Japan, and after shopping, I was in trouble because my friend dropped his cell phone in the parking lot, but he kept it safe at the service counter.
The staff was very helpful and I was happy that they found my phone.
I would also like to thank the person who delivered the mobile phone.
I am returning to Japan today and would like to thank everyone for your kindness.
I will also report to my friends in Japan how kindly they were treated by the staff at Albertsons.
thank you very much.

Debated leaving this review for a couple days but the way I was treated left a horrible taste in my mouth. I ordered a "birythday" (see picture) cake and went to go pick it up. And apparently it's yours and only your job to check every single detail when you pick up your cake. They don't do quality control whatsoever on their end. I only checked to see if my daughter's name was spelled correctly. Never in a million years would I expect people who write "Happy Birthday" to misspell it after doing it every single day, month, year!!! That's like Starbucks misspelling coffee. I should know, my mom retired from an Albertsons bakery after 30 years and could spell happy birthday correctly backwards. But apparently I gave them too much credit and got completely embarrassed when I took the cake home and my guests point out the spelling error. As a lifelong patron of Albertsons I call to see if they could make this right but I was basically told it was my fault for not noticing it sooner. How is it my fault? Let me get this right.. not only do I have to come in and pay for the cake I also have to check for spelling errors. Not only that I basically get told it’s my fault. Do better Albertsons. This is one unsatisfied customer.

In a day like today where people are struggling to get by this is absolute robbery. Selling rotten food to consumers and taking off with their hard earned money and then leaving them unable to provide a meal for their family because they’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of money for just basic groceries. You should be ashamed of your self and let this be a warning to consumers, DO NOT TRUST THE LABEL! This meat says”packed on 5/3, I went to go use it seeing how it says use by 5/5 and it was already rotten. Which means it was bought already expired and sold for full price. They should be out out of business for cutting corners and taking our hard earned money knowing that they just sold us trash. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have been shopping here for years and this past year, I got to know Roy in the produce department. Every time I go in, he goes out of his way to say hi, and to ask what he can help me with. His outgoing, personality makes it a pleasure to shop. He's often gone into the back to see what he can find me if I'm not seeing it on the shelf yet. He's very polite, engages with the customers, and always has a smile on his face. He's a keeper.

We've been shopping here for 15 years. The food and availability has been the best. Since Rafael took charge, it's been a lot of fun coming in the store and getting curbside service. Whenever I need anything, I just ask and I get everything I'm looking for. The checkout associates are the best in the business. Sonya is the most pleasant employee in there, she goes that extra distance to make sure I'm getting everything I need when I'm checking out. She always smiles and says hello to me and my family. She's never in a bad mood, and is always greets me by my name. That makes it more personal and comfortable. Spending over a 1,000 dollars on groceries a month keeps me on top of what I buy, she makes paying more fun and her sense of humor is good. Rafael always goes out of his way to greet me when I come in the store. Since covid came out in 2020, it's very important that I keep my elderly mother and wife safe. The curbside service in the parking lot is always easy and trouble free. Every associate that brings my food to the car is always careful and is always in a great mood. I've learned their names and they've learned mine. When they load up the trunk, they are very careful and courteous with my car and the groceries I've purchased. I don't shop anywhere else but this Albertsons store on Brookhurst and Edinger in Fountain Valley! Keep up the great service team!

I just want to say that the produce guy at Albertsons Jagger is his name is exceptional I went in there quickly where my kids are in the store next door and he is wonderful I asked about different items and he helped me he actually cut open a pineapple for me and brought me a piece. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate how clean and organize the produce department was. I hope that he is the prettiest manager or he should be bumped up to produce manager because he really knows how to take care of people and makes you want to come back into the store to shop.

Yesterday I went to Albertsons to return 2 items. A cashier worker named Sonya assisted me to return my items but she spoke in a rude tone to me. She asked me for the receipt loudly so the whole store could hear our conversation. She went to her co-workers and talked about me behind my back. She tried to harass me. I go to Albertsons and I feel like it's a mental hospital. I'm not sure if Sonya has a problem with me or not as this isn't the first time I've interacted with her. Bad service.
