I have been shopping here for years and this past year, I got to know Roy in the produce department. Every time I go in, he goes out of his way to say hi, and to ask what he can help me with. His outgoing, personality makes it a pleasure to shop. He's often gone into the back to see what he can find me if I'm not seeing it on the shelf yet. He's very polite, engages with the customers, and always has a smile on his face. He's a keeper.

We've been shopping here for 15 years. The food and availability has been the best. Since Rafael took charge, it's been a lot of fun coming in the store and getting curbside service. Whenever I need anything, I just ask and I get everything I'm looking for. The checkout associates are the best in the business. Sonya is the most pleasant employee in there, she goes that extra distance to make sure I'm getting everything I need when I'm checking out. She always smiles and says hello to me and my family. She's never in a bad mood, and is always greets me by my name. That makes it more personal and comfortable. Spending over a 1,000 dollars on groceries a month keeps me on top of what I buy, she makes paying more fun and her sense of humor is good. Rafael always goes out of his way to greet me when I come in the store. Since covid came out in 2020, it's very important that I keep my elderly mother and wife safe. The curbside service in the parking lot is always easy and trouble free. Every associate that brings my food to the car is always careful and is always in a great mood. I've learned their names and they've learned mine. When they load up the trunk, they are very careful and courteous with my car and the groceries I've purchased. I don't shop anywhere else but this Albertsons store on Brookhurst and Edinger in Fountain Valley! Keep up the great service team!

I just want to say that the produce guy at Albertsons Jagger is his name is exceptional I went in there quickly where my kids are in the store next door and he is wonderful I asked about different items and he helped me he actually cut open a pineapple for me and brought me a piece. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate how clean and organize the produce department was. I hope that he is the prettiest manager or he should be bumped up to produce manager because he really knows how to take care of people and makes you want to come back into the store to shop.

Yesterday I went to Albertsons to return 2 items. A cashier worker named Sonya assisted me to return my items but she spoke in a rude tone to me. She asked me for the receipt loudly so the whole store could hear our conversation. She went to her co-workers and talked about me behind my back. She tried to harass me. I go to Albertsons and I feel like it's a mental hospital. I'm not sure if Sonya has a problem with me or not as this isn't the first time I've interacted with her. Bad service.

I bought 2 $50 gift cards here on December 3rd for Christmas gifts and I found out this morning, on Christmas Day, that someone at this fucking grocery store spent the money. Not sure which one of you fucking rats spent my gifts but TRUST - you will be dealt with. Fuck this grocery store - not only do you sell expired, rotted food - but your employees are rotted too. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Come on man why are you guys rating this great supermarket so low, it's almost the only one left standing, I remember when I 1st moved to California there were like 8 chains now they all merged n there are now just 2 I think Stater brothers n Kroger which had just bought Vons, Ralph's, Safeway n Lucky etc.. I'm like a tourist here, we eat out almost every night so I rarely shop, I marveled at how beautiful n clean the store was, the Asian stores are just competing on prices, they don't care too much about esthetics. I bought ground beef at Green supermarket to make spaghetti $3 a lb!! $6 at Albertsons! But Green didn't have meatballs so I had to come here. Albertsons also has all kinds of chipotle n Melinda salsa made in Costa Rica. I 1st had Melinda in Costa Rica n loved it, well nobody else had them except right here. Meats are really expensive here, people can't afford groceries anymore but blame the skyrocketing inflation on Brandon not Albertsons! I buy the roast chicken here too, it tastes better than the joke they have at Costco. They deserve 4 stars, I missed the good old days when they used to have a party like atmosphere bbq in front of the store every 4th of July, the best BBQ ever all kinds of meats, support your local supermarket or they will all die n you'd have to get ripped off at Amazon which to me was not a pleasant experience.

Bad experience today with a lazy cashier. I just complained to a store manager regarding her laziness. As of right now at 10am, the store has couple customers doing self-checkout. We had more than 20 items that we did not want to do self-checkout. We looked at all counters and there was no light on for any available cashiers. I actively checked out at each counter to find any employees to ask for a cashier. When I got to casheir number 1 and saw this young short girl sistting on the chair , i told her your cashier light was not turn on. And this is what she responeded to me " yea the light is not on. I KNOW." My husband and I were just speechless to her no manner of customer service. I complained to the store manager and checked if the cashier light on counter 1 was actually broken . He said no , no lights was broken to his knowledge. I asked store manager what is her problem ? if she does not want to work , you should put her in the back of the kitchen. She did not want to make herself available and hiding behind the unlit counter until we approached and asked for a cashier. The cashier is representative of the business. You should not put a unprofessional lazy employee to present your business with no manner of customer service. Next time i will go to stater bros or ralph down the street from my house. I have been a loyal customer at this location for years. Will stop going to this place because of this unprofessional lazy cashier. Wish I took picture of her face and posted publicly so everyone should avoid this girl.

My review is on the customers at this store who come and have complete disregard for the employees at this location. I understand the frustrations of not getting adequate service quickly and efficiently , but as a customer I don't tolerate the mistreatment of employees at all. Especially at this location where they have two employees who are by the state deemed handicapped. Laura and Alessandro put their best efforts to do there job to the best physical and mental abilities, I commend them for being so polite and patient with customers when they are being berated and out right being spoken to so disrespectful. Albertsons please do better In reviewing and addressing how your employees our treated.

This is for Savon Pharmacy where we get all our meds. The pharmacists and their assistants are friendly and helpful but the company (?) keeps changing the text mail messages they send when the meds are ready for pickup. No longer do they give the name of the medication (they give the #), but the message also does not say whom the medication is for. I'd suggest they fire the person who came up with this "improvement." He/she obviously is not thinking.

I usually never write reviews about any places even if I experienced bad service, but I felt the need to write about my experience today at this particular Albertson's with a woman named Sonya. I went to this store earlier today with my family to shop for groceries. They had a deal for Powerade. Instead of $1.50/each, it's $0.50/each if you clip their digital coupon on their app. We bought 24 Powerade. When we went to check out, the system didn't registered our coupon so Sonya came over to helped us. At this point, I took my kids out to the car first because they were getting antsy from waiting around. My husband stayed inside the store to pay for our groceries. Since the system wasn't recognizing our coupon, Sonya scanned our items again and charged us full price for the Powerade then proceeded to give us $10 off towards the purchase and an extra $5 off, as Sonya puts it, as a favor for us for waiting around. So a total of $15 off. Once my husband got back to the car, I checked the receipt and realized that we were overcharged by $9 for the Powerade. Everyone can do simple math and realize 24 Powerade with $1 off each would be a total of $24 off, not the $15 off Sonya offered us. I went back inside the store to let Sonya know what happened and she basically gave me an attitude and said in her words, "In my 3 years of working here, you're my most difficult customer." Sonya said she didn't want to deal with me and yelled at me in front of all the customers. I apologized to her for the hassle and asked to speak to a manager. A guy name Ralph (Ralfael?) came out to helped me. I explained my situation and he was being very understanding and refunded me right away. If you know me personally, I am not a confrontational person and this is my first time ever complaining at a grocery store, or anywhere else for that matter, in my 36 years of living, but Sonya made me feel like I was in the wrong and embarrassed me and never once apologized to me. I was literally shaking and couldn't wait to get out of the store. It's not about the money, but the service I received today make me not want to ever step back inside this store!
