Says they're open but they're not apparently. Really hate wasting my time coming all the way out here just to be turned around at the door. Might make it easier to find if they put some advertisements on the windows too.

Don't take the lead time seriously.... AT ALL. Latest issue.. placed an order 3 months ago - every week they tell me "next week we will have material in for you" Here we are 6 weeks later and they are still expecting the material to be in "next week."

I thought it would be good to buy local BUT this 3D printer has always given me problems from day1. Poorly designed using 3D printed parts and not a lot of thought that goes into reliability and longevity. Also, the leveling aspect is always an issue and time consuming. Would never buy or recommend this even to my enemies.
