The lady was very nice and it seemed she was doing the best that she could but she didn't know much English which was fine we made it work but the major issue was that I had a procedure coming up and needed a rollator and they got everything going for me and when I came to pickup the guy who normally puts the orders for the day together apparently didn't so we had a big ole box and I ended up having to pay and put together the item not having a clue how to do so. The young lady didn't know to put it together or to try and find the directions but again we got it together but over the phone thy are nice and kind and help you throughout gh the entire process and I am grateful and the little build wasn't bad because I can take the entire thing to pieces if I need to do it worked out

Staff was awesome and really fast. I called them for a wheelchair and they had everything ready within two hours.
