Terrible customer service, presented my 3 day pass, An Asian guy with glasses named Daniel was very rude and acted like he was burdened by issuing the pass. I was interrupting him while he was being lazy playing with his phone. I worked out one day and that was enough, the place is a disaster and very dirty! I will join LA fitness much nicer staff and cleaner facility!

Asian individual with the glasses IDs me every single time I go here for no reason. Last time I checked, this is a gym, not a bar.Says I got “flags” on my account for no apparent reason. Never got a single flag when I went to 24 at bella terra or garden grove.

The site manager and staffs are friendly and helpful. This FV location is always crowded with members, and my comment for the management is restroom fixtures and gyms aaccessories needed attention for maintenance more often.

Was thinking about getting a membership so I signed up for a 3 day pass. Arrived at the gym a little after 10pm on 7/5/24 and showed the employee at the front desk the email confirmation. Another employee (Asian male with glasses) who appeared to be the manager or AGM was extremely rude and unwelcoming. It was not only disappointing that he would not accept the day pass due to the time and how busy the gym was, but he could have communicated it in a more professional manner. Will not be joining 24 :)

This gym is disgusting. While the gym floor and most equipment is fine, do not go into the restrooms or wet area. They smell SO bad, toilets are often overflowing and broken, no toilet paper, nasty floors and the wet/shower areas are filled with hair, razors, bandaids, etc on the floor and counters. I was optimistic that it would get better - but the cleaning and maintenance never improved.
Definitely better kept gyms and locker areas!! Don’t bother in FV.

I’m sorry, I want to like this gym because it is across the street from my house. It feels very dirty, I even saw someone walking on the treadmill with no shoes. Seriously? The equipment always seems broken, the line for the one equipment they do have is always such an inconvenience. The place is packed and hard to workout without waiting in line, it feels like a less exciting version of Disneyland. Ugh. I signed up for an annual pass and I’m regretting that decision.

Ewwww. It has a funny garlicky smell. The whole place. On top of that I'd seen people removing and rinsing their FEET CALLUS / NAILS in the Jacuzzi. Is gross. There are skin PARTS and hairs floating ALL OVER. Inside. NO ONE EVER CLEANS.
I would post pictures, but I do have respect for others.
THE WATER ISN'T CLEAR. Looks like a washer machine 1st rinse water.
They need to put a sign. That is not ok, is rude disrespectful and careless towards the other members and shows no concern from management as no cleaning tools or staff is available. Simply GROSS.

My tires got slashed by a homeless person at this facility I asked three times for the management to look at cameras and I asked once for a police report nobody's really into giving the victim a break and i'm not playing a victim role you're sure to report probably a bad place to park they don't have a camera on the food court side of that property and they'll never get one and homeless people hang out in the locker room and will rip you off. The police know who he is probably talk to him once a week he's a real piece of work. I'll change my club with my insurance. If they don't care I don't need to be around them either.

Nasty gym. Unsanitary equipment. Dirty bathrooms. Homeless live on the side street and it smells like urine. Missing equipment for the lat pulldown station. Machines that breakdown remain unserviceable for a long time. Probably one of the worst 24 hour fitness gyms I have been to.
