This US bank branch has the most accommodating and friendliest staff and extremely helpful with all my banking needs which I am very appreciative. I'm very pleased banking at this branch!

Respect yourself, don't bank here. Terrible customer service even to customers with direct deposit who have banked with them for years. Excessive hold on check that was already withdrawn from the other bank account immediately/same day (Chase bank local checking account). The person who wrote the check pulled up their online banking from Chase and it had been deducted same day. Spoke to the on-site customer service team, they then said a branch manager would call me back, and the branch manager didn't call back. Horrible customer service and 7 day wait on check deposit! Bank at Chase or any local credit union. Respect yourself, your time, and your money and go somewhere else!

Your customer service is dismal. How are you gonna just have 1 employee in the bank working? All I wanted to do was deposit some money (I forgot my debit card at home). This lady before me wants to yap about investments with the guy. 15 minutes go by I'm like forget it. You really need more people at the branch. At least two people, one to yap about investments with the lady and one to handle bank transactions. What if you had a last-minute rush of customers? Do you think that one guy is gonna be able to handle that on his own? I remember this used to be my favorite branch to come to when Holly was managing it. What happened to this place?

This isn't my home branch, but I had just gotten some loan docs notarized nearby and wanted to submit them to the bank ASAP. Moe could have easily sent me to my home branch, but he made it his mission to take care of my needs. I appreciate the imitative and customer service mindedness.

I have a business account here, my son has a student account and I was going to open another student account with my other son. Went on Saturday talked to Mohammed, made an appointment with Farzan for the following Tuesday. When I show up shortly before my 1:30 appt, Farzan is in a meeting. We are told to wait and someone else (Mohammed) will help me and my son. Waited 20 minutes then asked how much longer. After another 5 minutes of back and forth, Farzan said she would help me in 5 minutes, but oh, I have an appt at 2 pm, implying that I would have to wait after that or she could only help me for 5 minutes (what banker can open an account in 5 min?!) Yes, but I had an appt at 1:30. This is where things went from bad to worse. She started to argue with me about whether I had an appt, who made the appt, and why wasn’t it in the schedule. Hell if I know, it’s your scheduling and I wouldn’t be in this boat if it weren’t for the lousy customer service and attention to detail. Sadly this branch has gone downhill since Covid. I will continue to bank in Burlingame or another bank entirely.

Every time I come to this branch, there are about 3 people there, but only 1 actually assisting people. I always have to wait in a line and it’s really frustrating.

US Bank does not honor the contractual agreements that were promised when setting up new accounts. I would not recommend to anyone.

Don't trust this bank! I deposited a cashiers check that I purchased from my own bank that I didn't use and they froze my account when I went to deposit cash, they took my ATM card so now I'm out 2500..... let's not get into how rude Corey is in the risk department. He needs to learn how to discuss matters with customers and explain the process that is happening in detail rather than just say it's being sent back to you.

I can't wait until someone answers the phone (12:56 pm.) When you all opened up, me and my partner paid ALL the money owed on the card (over draft). Then I said shut the account completely yet creditors start calling about it. It is over 10 years old, it was your stupid and under trained dummy that never did her job right. To shut any account in a bank, there needs to be a $0 balance to close the account. So how is it I owe you money? Yeah, someone is full of it, and it is you. Wanna contest that. The $0 balance thing was someone that works there's words. So what is your excuse? I have an ex who is an attorney, and trust me, even without him I could handle this! Bring the person who paid it and was woth me as we BOTH stood, paid, and he heard me say to close it. She "supposedly " closed it! Yet..... she took my money and didn't do her job. Mind you that bank was still new. Anyways it was over 10 years ago, so.... I'll be nice.

I have been banking with U.S. Bank for about 8 years. While there have been employee changes, the bank is still "homey". I am recognized and greeted when I come in, waited on in a reasonable amount of time, and feel as tho I get individual attention to my needs.

A professional and welcoming experience. I had my banking info compromised which resulted in speaking with fraud protections. Unfortunately, this meant I had to close out all my accounts and open new ones. A tedious yet time consuming task I thought, but the teller was very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Within an hour, I had re-established all new accounts and was able to go about my day without paranoia. The reason it took that long is cause the teller was very engaging and sociable. Even provided her direct contact in case I encountered any issues.

If I could give this bank a zero I would. I went their this morning to get 20 dollars worth of quarters. The teller tells me she only can give it to customers only. I thought I was a customer. So i just left. My wife is member of this bank and they have treated my wife good at her home branch in mtn view. I was surprised and caught off guard. I will never come back here
