I called to get some diagnostic help for a repair and everyone I talked to (Lindsey, Richard, Brian) were immediately so helpful and straightforward, I had no question of their trustworthiness. I ended up taking the car in for diagnostics and given the work required they offered a very fair quote for the repair. When I picked up the car, I was able to talk to Brian for a bit and pick his brain, he's definitely very knowledgeable about Porsches and seems to really love what he does (everyone at the shop does too). “Been coming here for alignment for years and tell my friends and family to bring their car here, straightforward honest professional service. This time I had an issue with my alignment after it was done, so I brought it back. The lady who I usually speak with was very patient and helpful, she asked Peter a master mechanic to show me what was going on. It turned out the alignment was done so good essentially, that it pointed out other issues such as with my control arm bushing, which may have been dangerous to drive on. This could have prevented serious issues down the line, God forbid. Thank you United Auto!!”
“A few months ago, I took my 2018 VW Atlas in for an oil change, tire rotation, and recommended 40,000 mile maintenance. Their mechanic left air in my brakes and, as I was driving to work, the brake pedal went to the floor and I was unable to stop my vehicle if it was going at speeds above 30mph! When I drove back to the shop, needless to say, I was not happy. After leaving it to flush the air from the brake line, Jim (service manager) apologized profusely and summarily fired that mechanic (who also said I needed rear brakes replaced, which Jim inspected and said was not the case, saving me $600+). Jim then gave me two free oil changes as compensation. They do excellent work, are communicative, and, as is clear from the above, have INTEGRITY!”
