Most horrible health care provider I have come across. Never on time, has failed several times in diagnosing the right symptoms, have given incorrect medications that has resulted in worsening of the pain. Never ordered prescription on time. I'd never recommend this provider to anyone

Dr Tam doesn’t care. I am out of medicine and called his office 7 times over 3 days and total radio silence. The nurse told me that she left urgent note on his desk and he still completely ignored it.
