Spacious park with several soccer fields and baseball fields. Small parking lot, but a decent amount of free street parking available. Some sitting benches are available, but very little shade so make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen during the sunny days.

If you are a regular in Foster City then you would have at least gone to another park besides Leo J. Ryan. I came here a few times after a day trip in SF or other parts of SM county and it's always a good time here. The only catch is you must come here at the right time otherwise there will be a lot of noise from soccer or baseball players. For the San Mateo County native this is the best place to watch sports if you got kids who are in a league or gather around with family and friends and just have a picnic. This is one of those large parks in Foster City btw so enjoy it while you can. I also came here when my local little league was doing a matchup game with the team in Foster City. There's also a snack bar here! Mind blown. I don't find this in all of my local parks in my county. When a game is going on, you win. You will love the view here as well. Best time to come here is either in the morning or during the sunset hours before the park closes because it gets super nice during that time of the year. There is also a nice place for cyclists and runners to enjoy with the long path nearby. This is in a nice neighborhood where everyone knows each other, so come by all means. Note: First come first serve here. Also be aware of your surroundings because things can get finicky here.

Nice soccer and baseball fields. If you enroll your kids in AYSO soccer, you’ll come here a lot.Playground: Good sized playground that my young kids enjoy. Lots of kids play there after soccer matches on Saturday.

Nice soccer park with 3 large turf fields. Beware the field nearest the bathrooms tend to flood during heavy rain.

Sea Cloud Park is a popular park located in the heart of the city. It offers a variety of activities and amenities such as a playground, picnic tables, walking paths, and soccer fields. Unfortunately, it is also full of s*** soccer players who take up the space on the field. On Saturdays, their are a group of men who preoccupy the field, playing their own game of soccer and blocking other players from playing. They show no respect to anyone else and often hog the ball, making it impossible for anyone else to play. They are a terrible addition to the park and create an unfun environment. It would be great if these men were banned from the field, so that others can actually enjoy the game of soccer.
