I love the Front End Manager Justin. He is so helpful and so polite. He goes out of his way to help anyone. Fast checkouts and customer service was the best I've ever seen before.

Been amazing for all the years I've been in Chico but they just keep getting better with time. Not many places I can say that about. Upper Crust is the benchmark bakery.
