Very good park, applies for every activity on grass/turf. But the water fountains and restrooms don't look really good.Dog-friendliness: It is absolutley ok to walk your dog around the field, but not on it.

The field is super nice, and the temperature is very stable as it is close to the water. Good field, and it has a track on the outside, but it is very thin.

They have a nice track and a big open field! Its a little smaller than a standard size track but they have a sign to tell you how to calculate a mile. I like that its a small park away from busy areas and main streets. Its very nice.

Port royal park is a nice park tucked away in a corner of foster city. It has a gated little tot playground, bathroom facilities, an astroturf soccer field, a track around the field, and access to the bay trail, which is currently not open due to construction of a wave wall. It has a small parking lot, but lots of on street parking. No field lights here.

Great spot in Foster city with a nice field. This park has a little bit of everything. Great for kids 2 to 8.

Great fields for local soccer club and recreation league training and matches. The parking lot is very small but there is plenty of parking on the street. Walking and running trails available at the field. The longer trail from San Mateo that runs by the field to Redwood Shores is currently under construction building up the levee wall with detour signs.

This small neighborhood park was quiet, peaceful and clean. After picking up some lunch, we stopped here with the kids to eat at the office tables. The kids ate then played in the enclosed playground and sandbox while we finished our food. Other people exercised on the turf soccer field. I also noticed that the walkers were walking on a small all-weather path that ran around the perimeter of the soccer field. The path is roughly about 3 feet wide, wide enough for one person to walk - not like a track and field track. The park also includes a parking lot, a public bathroom (which was also clean and well-stocked at the time), a water fountain, and a spout for washing hands or filling a dog bowl.
