My daughter has been going there for 2+ years and my son also started going there since he was 6 months old. Teachers are amazing! They share photos and videos every day and share progress with us via app. Both of my kids really enjoy school. Current directors (Ms Betty and Vanessa) are great and always respond to our questions quickly! We are so happy to find the KinderCare.

Awesome teachers, great environment. My kid looks forward to spending the day at Foster city Kindercare. Center director and assistant director are always available and promptly address any questions or concerns. Teachers make a sincere effort towards engaging my kid in activities like reading, circle time, painting, outdoor play, etc. Food (breakfast, lunch, snack) options are nice and the schedule is flexible.

Childcare is one of the things that stressed me out the most as a first time mom. I started researching daycare options even in my first trimester of pregnancy (which was too early, but just to emphasize my point that I had a lot of anxiety about it).My baby has been going to Foster City KinderCare for about 2 months now, and I am extremely happy with the experience so far. Even from day 1, the teachers and directors were empathetic to not only our baby being new to daycare, but also us as parents too! They reassured us that they'll send frequent updates and photos, and they did exactly that. From drop off, pick up, photos/videos, and other updates we receive throughout the day, it's really clear that our baby loves her teachers and coming to KinderCare. Some of the things I love the most:- The hours are very flexible and works well for our schedule. We can drop off/pick up any time within the window.- The photos/videos we receive through the app are the highlights for my work day.- The facility is very clean and there's a lot of toys and activities for the babies. It's so cute seeing them sit in a circle to play music together, read books, paint, etc...- The teachers are absolutely wonderful, my daughter's face lights up when she sees them.

KinderCare Foster City was nothing short of a complete disappointment. It became abundantly clear to us as soon as we enrolled our child in this facility that it lacked the fundamental level of care and attention required for an infant's well-being. Their carelessness, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to accept responsibility for their actions horrify me.We were shocked when, just two hours after dropping off our baby at KinderCare Foster City, we received a call informing us that our child had a diaper rash and was being sent home. It is mind-boggling that a reputable childcare facility is incapable of properly treating such a common and manageable problem as diaper rash. A childcare provider must be able to handle such routine situations with competence and care as a fundamental expectation. This is a reasonable show of their absence of compassion and worry for the prosperity of the kids shared with their consideration. The fact that a childcare facility would place efficiency ahead of the well-being of its children is deeply concerning. If KinderCare Foster City is unable to provide a child with a minor illness like diaper rash with the necessary care and attention, one must question their capacity to handle more serious situations or emergencies. Parents need to be able to trust that their children are in good hands, but this establishment has a serious problem with this.I unequivocally encourage guardians to reexamine entrusting the consideration of their kids to KinderCare Cultivate City. It's unacceptable that they don't prioritize the needs of infants and don't take responsibility. It is clear that they are more concerned with making a profit than creating a safe and loving environment for children. All in all, KinderCare Encourage City's failure to address a basic diaper rash, their refusal to issue a refund, and their absence of consideration during such occasions clarify that they are unprepared to give the consideration and backing that guardians anticipate from a respectable childcare office. Save yourself the mistake and search somewhere else for a childcare supplier that focuses on the prosperity of your youngster. When I went to their facility to pick our son up, I found him just lying there on the floor, crying and unattended.

My experience with KinderCare Foster City was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment we enrolled our baby, it became abundantly clear that this establishment lacked the basic level of care and attention required for an infant's well-being. I am appalled by their negligence, lack of professionalism, and refusal to take responsibility for their actions. On our baby's very first day at KinderCare Foster City, we were shocked to receive a call just two hours after drop-off, informing us that our child was being sent home due to a diaper rash. It is mind-boggling that a reputable childcare facility cannot handle a minor diaper rash and lacks the ability to properly tend to such a common and easily manageable issue. It is a basic expectation that a childcare provider should be capable of handling routine situations like this with competence and care. What makes matters worse is that when we decided to withdraw our child from their care after hearing about their inability to provide adequate attention during such times, KinderCare Foster City refused to refund our money after repeated communications over phone, email and even in person. This is a clear demonstration of their lack of empathy and concern for the well-being of the children entrusted to their care. They prioritized their financial gain over the needs and safety of the infants they are supposed to nurture and protect. It is deeply troubling that a childcare facility would prioritize efficiency over the well-being of its young charges. If KinderCare Foster City cannot provide the necessary care and attention to a child with a minor ailment such as a diaper rash, one has to question their ability to handle more serious situations or emergencies. It is crucial for parents to feel confident that their children are in safe hands, but this establishment has proven to be sorely lacking in this regard.I strongly advise parents to reconsider entrusting the care of their children to KinderCare Foster City. Their lack of responsibility, professionalism, and refusal to prioritize the needs of infants is unacceptable. It is evident that their focus lies solely on profit rather than providing a nurturing and safe environment for children. In conclusion, KinderCare Foster City's inability to address a simple diaper rash, their refusal to refund our money, and their lack of attention during such times make it clear that they are ill-equipped to provide the care and support that parents expect from a reputable childcare facility. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a childcare provider that prioritizes the well-being of your child.Addendum:This was how I found him when I went to pick him up. Just crying and lying there on the floor, unattended.

We had a great experience with KinderCare Foster City for our baby. She started at 5 months old and the teachers were so kind, nurturing, and reassuring. By day 2 our baby was already adjusted and so happy to be there everyday. They update the parent app so frequently throughout the day so we always felt like we knew exactly what our baby was doing and it was wonderful to receive photos and videos during the day as check-ins. We only left the center to go to a daycare closer to our house, but we would highly recommend KinderCare to other parents as our experience overall was really great.

You guys are seriously worthless. How is one to feel comfortable with you guys watching their children when you can't even respond to simple emails? They try to get you to come in for a tour....I ask if there's immediate availability over and over thru email and don't get a response. I finally get a hold of someone via phone and they tell me there's no availability. Why can't you tell people that ahead of time rather than try to get them to come in for a Tour ?

Phenomenal daycare. We are super pleased at the development and care that our child receives at this location because of all the wonderful staff. We have noticed tremendous development in social interaction with others as well as improvement of cognitive, motor, and intellectual. He recognizes everyone and feels comfortable. We communicate so easily with the staff about events, supplies, and they even have parents night out!We are both very happy to have this place withing a short walk. We see our child at this location for a number of years to come and would encourage anyone thinking about this daycare to reach out to them ASAP.

Great daycare with caring Director and teachers. My son started at this center when he was only 3 months and he is 11 months now. I feel completely safe and happy leaving my son here while i am at work. When he gets dropped off he has as big smile when he sees his teacher (Ms. Elia, Ms. Janice, Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Socorro and Ms. Sandra). All the stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the director Ms. Racheal, she is very friendly, supportive, easy to talk to and very transparent. I do appreciate everything this center does to keep a clean center. I love getting the pictures and the little updates during the day about my son's day. This daycare center is really wonderful! Thank you for everything you do!

My son attended Kindercare Foster City in their Pre-K class this past year. I am impressed with the curriculum and activities provided as my son has developed his reading, writing and critical thinking skills. He's made great friends and loves going here. The teachers and staff are wonderful and great with the kids. My son is very fond of his teachers Ms. Janae and Mr. Alex. We'll miss everyone when he starts KG later this year. Also since covid restrictions have eased, we've been able to connect with more parents and this community is special. We absolutely love Kindercare Foster City!

Not good experience for enrolling. I scheduled a virtual tour for my kid. They did not show up without any communications. I called to them and rescheduled the tour. But, again, they did not show up without any notices.

I won't say much, I think even a ONE star is too much for this place! If you love your kids and you care for them then DON'T SEND them here!!!!

There is nothing harder than choosing a place and a group of people to leave your children with every day. My daughter started at Kindercare Foster City at 4 months, and my son at 1.5 yrs. They have been there for over 6 months and we are so thrilled. The care is exceptional, the teachers are lovely and so great with the kids. Both of my children are learning, growing and developing in ways I don't think they could have without Kindercare. I am constantly impressed with the curriculum and activities provided, and the parent community is special. Lastly I will add that the center Director, Rebecca, has been so incredibly professional, transparent and lovely to work with as well all navigate the new norms of daycare during COVID-19. We absolutely love Kindercare Foster City!

I was so anxious to leave my baby girl at Day care, but the teachers made it so easy!I love the fact that I can follow her day in the apps and see all the pictures! After 3 days, my daughter was already doing her happy dance as soon as she recongnize her teacher. We are all very happy, and the team is great!
