Please don’t go to this store as they cheat you by adding more charges than what it should be. I wanted to print a document and it only was supposed to cost me $15 but the Asian dude charged me $23 and said it was surcharge and it was suppose to cost only 23 cents per page but he charged me 30 cents per page. When asked why he said it is beyond his pay grade as they were from corporate. It’s a sham. Please be careful with this FedEx store.

I tried to send a letter to my landlord here. They did not understand what their guest requests and rigidly insisted their “policy” that only made trouble than help send the messages. The overnight delivery was delayed twice and then stayed at a location “waiting for picking up” for quite some time. However, the pick-up location claimed that it was a system mistake and they do not actually have my package. Not to mention the pick-up notice was sent to me (the sender) while it was meant for the recipient. It was like a joke. Then two weeks after the “overnight” package was sent by me, they suddenly noticed me that the package was being delivered back to the sender me, by which time I have already moved out of my old address. I hurriedly called them telling them that I don’t want it to be in the hands of mylandlord (now “previous” landlord) for privacy reasons, but, after an hour of argument with me by different people, they said it’s already delivered while we were arguing. I was told that I can get the refund. Otherwise it would be a one-star.

Not open when the sign stated they would be. There were several people waiting but they lost all that business. Just another data point to show fedex is the worst

Convenient location right off Highway 92 In Foster City with easy access and parking. Self-service kiosk for printing labels. Counter staff was courteous and efficient. ?

Guys were nice when I was confused. But one of the girls with glasses was SO RUDE. I was alittle confused on how the print and go works. she just had a bad attitude.

Rude behavior without anything coming from me as a customer to invite it. When I addressed it he became slightly defensive as if I am stupid. Some of us are well aware of negative gestures and are no strangers to such immature behavior. If you hate your job and hate customer service then leave.

The worst customer service ever. I was the other customer in the store and needed to send a package. I stood by the front desk for a good five minutes with two employees in sight doing something else. Not only no one greeted me, I thought I was transparent, after waiting for a while, I walked out! There are other FedEx offices near by, never ever will I go back. The people there didn't value my business, I'll go somewhere else! These are at least 12 other FedEx offices in the proximity anyway!

I agree with another review here saying that employees have very limited knowledge of their products and services, but I’m only disappointed in the knowledge and service of one of the female staff working there.Went in today to mail a very urgent documents to Hong Kong on FedEx business account collect payment. I gave her the business account number, she then spent the next 5-10 minutes getting the addresses and details, only to tell me in the end that it would cost me USD405 to mail this 0.1kg document to Hong Kong, and she couldn’t provide a delivery date because the system wouldn’t show her. I said to her it’s impossible that it would cost USD405 to mail this documents to Hong Kong, so I asked her if she meant HKD405, she said no twice. I asked her why and she said it’s probably because of the COVID situation. I was like what COVID situation she’s talking about?? I then told her I wasn’t going to mail this documents at this cost even though the payment would be paid by the business account in Hong Kong. I walked out and made a few phone calls and came to a conclusion that she’s giving me wrong information. I then walked into the store again and told her it’s impossible the mailing fee was USD405 and she must have messed up the currency, she denied again. I then told her there’s no point in debating, just mail it because it’s on payment collect anyway. She then told me I couldn’t do payment collect. I asked her why even though I provided her with a FedEx business account number, she answered me as if she thought I was crazy and said because this business account wasn’t in the U.S.???? Another more experienced staff Jon stepped in and took over, told her that the mailing fee shown in the system was in the local currency of the recipient address, and it’s totally possible to mail it out on collect with a business account. He took care of my mail within 3 minutes and I was good to go. He also provided me with an estimated delivery date. Jon deserves compliment but this review is for this FedEx center as a business, and clearly this business is putting its customer’s interest at risk.The female staff didn’t apologize once for wasting 20 minutes of my time and for potentially causing damages to my business. FedEx should really invest in training their staff and making sure their staff have the knowledge to work at the counter. Instead of giving your customers wrong information, why not use your common sense or check with your manager in the first place? Imagine Jon didn’t take the initiative and step in, I would’ve left FedEx and go for other courier companies. I would even consider canceling all my business accounts with FedEx. What a joke!

I told the lady rep I wanted to print an usb file. She directed me to a computer instead of a self-printing machine. I was charged $12+ for a 10 page black-white document print. What a rip-off. It's a horrible experience and the whole thing feels like a scam to me. Never trust this place again.

The employees at this store are incredibly helpful, I had to get things laminated, enlarged, photocopied, the works essentially, and no matter what I needed help with they were able to exceed my expectations and make my life easier

Absolutely deplorable customer service from Ed.My wife called this location about a print order she had placed, being notified that it would take up to 24 hours for them to complete. She has an important interview in the morning to which she had to have everything ready, so she called the store to politely ask if they could do her a favor and rush her order through, explaining her situation. She had the unfortunate displeasure of talking to one of the rudest, most irritable employees ever, a young man identifying himself as "Ed." From the start of the conversation, we could both hear the negativity and unfriendly demeanor in his voice, like he was having a bad day or something. He started saying things to her like "that's not my problem," "you should have planned better," "I'm explaining to you that things don't work that way," in a very hostile and intense manner. I finally jumped into the conversation to save her, as she was clearly blindsided by his extremely rude and unprofessional demeanor. I tried to give him a couple of warnings such as "would you mind being more professional? My wife isn't trying to be rude, we're just asking you for a favor, being that we're in a time crunch for this interview, and if you can't, then no big deal." Astonishingly, this didn't deter him at all, only worsened his temper. The employees at this location are typically hit or miss, being that some are friendly, others not so much, but this was embarrassingly bad for Ed. We ended up driving to the store to print some things out ourselves, and talking to one of the employees (much more friendly and witnessed Ed's bad behavior, by the way, in case anyone wants to look further into this). Of course, Ed was hiding out in the back and nowhere to be found, leaving his coworker a long line of people. All in all, this was truly disgusting behavior, and I really don't think we'll be returning. Do something about this guy, because I have a feeling this is an ongoing issue with Ed, and I can't imagine how he treats other customers.
