Five stars. An industry we all support. They give very much to the chosen. Nothing more to add. They are amazing.

TLDR; One of the employees working at the Food Court is rude af. -- Costco is pretty standard everywhere you go. Most of the employees are friendly, but the same can't be said at the Food Court. The best part about going to Costco is getting a treat after shopping, right? Unless you're getting yelled at by the older lady who works there (~60 years old and 5 feet tall) who makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to her. The customer before me asked for paper plates and she responded with, "HOW MANY??" Oookay, never mind then. I understand that it is busy and hectic, but maybe this job isn't for you if you can't even pretend to be nice to customers. This is Costco and not some mom-and-pop where you're the owner and can do as you please. If I ask if it's possible to change my order, all you have to say in your INSIDE VOICE is that I would need to speak to a supervisor and that you're unable to do it. Don't start walking away towards the back yelling about how you can't accommodate my request. Maybe also don't tell me that the supervisor is busy and can't help me (huh????) You're really trying to give me an attitude over a $2.49 sundae? I would have just left it alone if she didn't get loud with me. If someone is rude to me then I am going to match their energy. Should I take the high road and just "kill them with kindness?" Probably, but nope. You picked the right one today. Eventually the supervisor stopped what she was doing and offered to change my order, but I declined. I was in a crappy mood and I did not want to be there any longer than I had to. Trust that not all of us as customers are out here trying to cause trouble, so maybe don't try to cop an attitude as your immediate response to a question. It's unfortunate that this is my local Costco because it won't be the last time I have to interact with this woman.

Costco gave me the amazing experience. Always have the good deals. I really enjoy spending the time in Costco with my wife. We like the vegetables and meats there. They are pretty fresh.

Was delivering wine for the first time in twenty-five years. The navigation system went down and used my phone.

Decent parking, clean store with great automotive garage for basic services+ nitrogen air available in the parking lot. Their food court is decent but lacks tables to sit and eat your hotdog/pizza.

Let me start by saying how much I love costco. I've had their executive membership for more than a decade. However, I think their customer service has slipped a lot over time. Especially at the Foster city location. A few weeks ago, there was a mistake in Foster Cities' display pricing. When I brought it up with a female manager, not only was she rude to me, she wouldn't apologize or thank me for spotting the mistake, she even accidentally kept my phone. I didn't realize it until I got out of the store. I had to rush back to the store and again she didn't apologize for not returning my phone to me. Yesterday's incident just took me over the edge. I tried to return a fruit that was purchased just a few days ago because it tasted bad. The female employee was rude. First she claimed she couldn't find the transaction, but then found it through looking up the payment method. When I asked her how come the computer system couldnt find it, she got really irritated and upset all of sudden, She said" You want me to admit that you are right?" Wow! that was so crazy, I am a curious person and simply wanted to know how the system could not find the purchase . She really needs to improve her skills in interacting with customers, and her eq. I feel some Costco employees have lost their customer centricity. They don't have patience, and no longer are focused on treating customers like members, but more have become like other establishments in which the employees just don't care about the customers at all. I think the love we all have for costco is making them complacent, and they are taking advantage of this. I hope the management will read this and improve their customer service!

My family and I shop at this Costco about once a month. We like picking up Foster Farms chicken in the prepackaged six packs, alcohol , desserts and other things for the home. While some things can be expensive, we enjoy buying items in bulk here. That being said, there are some drawbacks to this Costco. They don't have a Costco gas station and when you enter the parking lot, customers are constantly walking the crosswalk so you have to be extra careful you don't bump into someone while parking your car. A major new addition is Costco's $2.49 chocolate chip cookie which is now available at the food court. It is truly the cookie that ends all other cookies. When you break it open, the chocolate is gooey and delicious...one cookie is enough for two people. I've found myself going back just to get this 10/10 cookie

Dec 4, I bought and had 4 tires installed for my 06 Porsche 911. I took the car to my mechanic today for service, and noticed the front tires were installed backwards (outside side installed inside). Totally incompetent and can be dangerous.

The staff who answered the phone was extremely rude! It was just 11:15AM and she was already annoyed of answering question about if one particular item was still avaiable or not at the warehouse and could not wait longer to ask if the customer wanted for help of anything else. Fruthermore, I overheared she started complaining about this phone call before she even hung up. What’s wrong with you?

This Costco has no gas station. The store is clean and tidy. A usual Costco as expected. The only difference is that part of pharmacy is behind cashiers.

I've never been to a costco with worst customer service than this one. The staff I've interacted with have been curt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Seriously, some retraining needs to be done on basic manners- greeting people, smiling, not snapping, not using a rude or condescending tone of voice. It's a shame because Costco is usually known for their super helpful and nice employees.

Great selection of wine, whiskey, seafood, meat, vegetables, and fruits. Fast and efficient check-out process, along with a large parking lot. The free nitrogen tire pump has also been very useful. Only wish they hadn’t taken so long in fixing the kitchen for the roasted chicken and ribs!
