Both our auto and home insurance are taken care of by Catherine! Catherine walked us though all the process and told me how to file the claim when needed. Catherine is the best insurance agent, hands down. I’ve even come across her name in internal company message boards, with everyone saying she’s the best, and it’s for good reason! Catherine has been so supportive of me through 20+ years of life changes and disasters. I remember once driving down the highway, getting a window spider, calling Catherine, and having the claim filed and a fix scheduled within 5 minutes. She responds promptly through email or phone all the time. I’ve never felt upsold or like “just another client”. Catherine has truly been there for me through everything. I’ll never switch.
