I deposited a check through the app and after 2 days the check was placed on hold and will be available after 10 days. The client who wrote the check is a Trustee Lawyer and the check is from Chase. B of A kept me for over 1 hour after that the customer service put me on hold for me to talk to the manager and came back and said, the manager is busy so I will put you through another manager, waited for over 1 hour and no one ever came. Called again and the California Rep. Briana P. informed me that it is customary to put holds and it will last over 10 days to secure money from Chase which makes me believe Chase is going under like Silicon Valley Bank. 3 hours in total and no resolution.

I love it here!! I always end up going with the teller Shatabdi (I hope I spelled it right), she's always so nice to me. Araceli is also really nice and helpful. I don't feel stressed at all coming here, I don't know what people are talking about, just chill!

Bank of America makes it very difficult to get your own money. I needed to do a large wire transfer. Logged into my online account. After asking me to enter the two factor identification code (text to phone) about a dozen times (every 15 seconds or so it prompted. It did the same on the mobile app where it auto fills it for me from the text message and yes, the 6 digit code was correct each time), it told me I had to call their service center. After being on hold for about 30 min., the service center told me I had to go to the bank. Get to the bank and I have to make an appointment. Something that should take minutes takes days. On top of that, they charge a fee to transfer the money. No wonder I usually use my credit union.

Poor customer service. Person at check in desk barely acknowledged me and didn't even look up to greet.

Tried to deposit "money" in coins and they said they do not take coins anymore, I would have to go to safeways and change for bills. 5 employees on the phone and no customers in the branch.... Customer for 6 years with bank of america, closing account and going to another bank that accept "money" deposits in coins. Stay away from this bank with lazy people.

I went to the bank today and as usual the woman at the desk just inside the door was abrupt and rude. When I first got there she was with a client that had someone who had passed away and was practically yelling at her to gat an original death certificate. The client didn't speak English very week and clearly did not understand but the BOA employee basically shoved her out the door. Next came in another client who had already been there three times that day, trying to see a personal banker. The rude BOA woman told her to "sit and didn't know how long shed need to wait or make an appointment" This same woman is rude every time I go there, if not to me, then to those around me. Clearly not meant to be in customer service.

This location of Bank of America doesn't deserve any stars. Unfortunately, in order to submit a review, you need to give a star rating. I made an appointment for 12 pm today. I arrived 2 minutes late and my appointment was "pushed back" because Natal Ward chose to take someone else in my place. I waited over 15 minutes and walked out. Because of Natal's impatience and inconsiderateness, I opened a new bank account at Chase Bank in San Mateo instead, where they actually provide customer service. I will be switching all my bank accounts, (and my families accounts), with B of A to Chase.

Watched a worker named Aracely help an elderly man he farted during this and she proceeded to make comments to his face as he walked away she laughed really loud asking coworkers if they heard him fart saying I need to open the door to air this place out I need to step outside for some air while flailing her hands around she came back in to talk to other workers asking if they heard his fart all while pointing at the man who was about 25 feet away it's not OK for a worker to be shaming anybody let alone an elderly man this made me uncomfortable and want to switch banks I will no longer be going to this location.

First time at this branch and I had a pleasant experience. Staff members were nice, welcoming and little to no wait time (weekday afternoon).

This was my first time here & Jesse was very quick and friendly! He helped me withdraw some cash from a cashier's check which usually takes a long time at other branches, but that was not the case here. Great service, thanks Jesse!

Came to this branch during the pandemic to get a new debit card after a previous rep processed my debit card with an incorrect initial of my name. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with the relationship manager, Aracely Garcia. Aracely ordered me a new debit card and ensured that my name was correctly engraved. She also explained to me the benefits of my cash back rewards card that I was not actively using. This was the type of assistance I expect from BOA and Aracely helped me get over the less than stellar experience I previously had at the branch.

Please add more tellers or open back up other nearby branches. Due to Covid 19 I understand there were unexpected circumstances but a bank is essential business and it's obvious that this bank needs to be open to serve the clients. Waiting in line for a 40 minute teller transaction is kind of unacceptable. With all neighboring customers coming to Foster City with limited hours and limited tellers is a obvious disaster. I witnessed a senior couple waiting in line and he was furious when he finally got to the teller telling them he's been in line for 45 minutes. He was shaking, not sure if he was so mad or so tired but it definitely was understandable. So please BofA fix this problem before all your clients end up at Wells Fargo.

Ridiculous you have to wait for over 30 minutes for a service. Add more tellers please!! Let me correct myself. Over 45 minutes and close to an hour now. Still in line outside. Finally got inside and found only 1 teller working. Serious? They said another one went to lunch. More than a dozen people still in line. This cannot be right.
