They lost my cat inside an exposed water duct in the back room where they perform x rays. My poor cat was trapped inside a filthy water duct covered in sewage for three hours, until a contractor arrived and uninstalled the cabinets from the wall so that they could access the duct. This duct was in a space that customers don't see, and if customers could see the filth and unsafe conditions, then they would not want their pets to receive care in that space.
I left my injured cat in their care to receive x rays, trusting them to help her, and instead, they lost her and traumatized her and risked aggravating her injury or exposing her to infection. We were incredibly lucky that she was physically healthy after the ordeal.

This place killed my 18 year old cat who I loved more than ANYTHING! They're mistake absolutely, without a doubt, caused his death. I miss him every day. They weren't even apologetic, they denied denied denied. They weren't even willing to compensate me for my loss or for their mistake! If you care about your pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!

I don’t recommend. She didn’t do the one thing that I later found out was most important. Long story but instead of giving my dog the medication that would have kept her alive a bit longer, which I asked for, she simply put her in an oxygen tank and gave me a prescription for the meds. This was after my dog being at the vet for hours. Why? Because I didn’t agree to a bunch of pricy tests.

My dog has been to other hospital more than 10 times without problem. The doctor here was very scared of my dog and asked me questions like why is he barking at me and how can we do the vaccine? Oh my, you are the expert and you are supposed to know what to do. She even didn’t touch him. The nurse here on the other hand, was getting well with my dog and gave him temperature test and listen to his heart. The doctor was just unprofessional I guess.

This is one of the best Vet services I have experienced for myself as an owner and for my dog. Dr. D and the staff are always welcoming and caring and easily reachable. What I mean by that is they open 7 days a week till 6pm everyday. I am traveling my pet internationally and had to get the USDA health certificate. They provided the best service and made sure I am all set before travel. I highly recommend Animal Cove to folks who are looking for a positive, fair cost and high quality Vet experience!

My cat, Towhee and I moved to the area and we hadn't established a new vet.
Towhee was showing symptoms of not feeling well so I simply chose the nearest vet with good ratings.
This practice is very responsive. The administration staff is friendly and competent. I felt like family just sitting in the waiting room.
Dr. G saw us promptly and was very straightforward in his plan of care. I felt very confident in his plan and left my baby in their comforting hands for a few hours until she was ready for pickup.
I received calls and texts after discharge, asking how Towhee was doing and then sharing lab results.
I'm picky about the Healthcare of all my loved ones. I also know good Healthcare when I see it, being a human Healthcare provider.
Expenses were reasonable.
Thank you Dr. G and staff.

There are so many things that we love about Animal Cove. Dr. G is one of the most caring doctors we have ever met - so wonderful with our two pups and also with us human parents. He has gone above and beyond, helping us when Mavs got bit by a tick, fitting him in same day and getting in-house and external labs ordered asap, followed up with the best care plan. When Ripley had stomach issues that wouldn't stop, they made time for us same day, ran tests to rule out and got us on the right antibiotics and she was better within 24 hours. Dr. Inna is one of the gentlest souls with our pups and she makes magic happen with her holistic approach with acupuncture, laser therapy and so much more. She helped prep both of our pups with 1 treatment of laser therapy before their neuter/spay, followed up with 1 more treatment post. Their recovery and healing was so fast - we attribute it to Dr. Inna's laser therapy! Animal Cove is open 7 days, a godsend for when sickness strikes on the weekend. The front desk team and the nurses are also so warm and welcoming with both humans and our furry loves. It is clear that Dr. G and Dr. Inna care about investing in the right people for their team. Their pricing is also fair and in some cases, more economical than we have found elsewhere. They provide invoices via email which makes it super easy to submit to our pet insurance as well. We love Animal Cove Pet Hospital and highly recommend!

Returned again with my cat and had another excellent experience. Called on a Friday and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment for Sunday evening- very, very convenient. My cat received excellent care from Dr. G. He and the staff were very kind and were able to quickly diagnose the problem. It was a smooth, convenient, and efficient process all wrapped up in a caring approach. My cat is feeling better (and so am I!)

I have mixed feelings. One one hand they got my pet into good shape following an emergency visit, which is mission critical. However, it took two attempts at stitches because the first try failed. I wasn't given any quote of what to expect for the cost, which I do understand because you don't know what will come of the visit until they do the full examination. I was billed for the original service and the follow up so what was $1,000 became $1,300 when I felt like it shouldn't be an additional billing to fix the stitches. But I understand the business has to incur costs for the second visit as well so that's why my review is mixed. Overall the doctor was polite and to the point and came in on his day off to help fix the stitches (not without telling me though) which I definitely appreciated. I'll come back because it's convenient and they got the job done ultimately, but not because it is inexpensive.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Dr. Dilip Garikipati at the Animal Cove clinic for their exceptional assistance. As foreigners, we were faced with the challenge of obtaining an international certificate for our dog, which was crucial for our upcoming flight. The doctor and the entire staff warmly welcomed us and guided us through the process efficiently and accurately. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our dog received the necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring the safety of our journey. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctors and administrators at the Animal Cove clinic for their exceptional care and support.

Before seeing Dr. Magner for Acupuncture my dog was not walking. He had had an injury that led to a herniated disc. A different vet recommended surgery which was going to cost $15,000. I decided to try Acupuncture before going through with the surgery, I am so glad I found Dr. Magner at animal Cove because after two sessions my dog was showing improvements. We continued acupuncture for about 2 1/2 months and was able to move to Acupuncture only when needed. The staff was always so friendly, and Dr. Magner is extremely knowledgeable and in tune with what the pet needs. My dog Bud loved seeing Dr. Magner and her staff.
