Great people to work with, took a box of hats into there store to have them embroidered with my company name. Emailed over a pdf and she got them done. I've tryed others places in Humboldt, allways disappointed or poor customer service, Wild Cactus for the win. I love to support another small family owned buissness.

I tried to order a hat for my son and no one responded to me. I called, messaged on messenger, commented on Facebook. Nothing worked. So I gave up. I guess they didn't want my business. I would give them a zero star, but I can't.
