5 Stars ? are lit for the lit staff, especially the pharmacy department. They do so much under what seems like limited accommodations, at times, many times. And they still get it done and are great. Maybe they should all run for president. Seriously, I see you. The missing star is for a big corporation ( I truly don't know the struggles behind the scenes) who sometimes closes without warning for up a a couple of days. Forget BIC pens, some of us need our antipsychotics and mood stabilizers... Not me, but perhaps you.

I needed a prescription from a specific manufacturer. Walgreens was the only pharmacy in Fortuna that would get it from that specific manufacturer. I would give them 5 stars but they didn't notify me when my prescription was ready.

This location does not care about its patients.Had a prescription sent here. Showed up an hour later for them to tell me the computer is glitching and there’s nothing they can do.Didn’t try restarting anything, didn’t reach out to their IT department to try and get them fixed.Proceeded to tell me if the system starts working at some point they will contact me when the prescription has been filled.Incredibly unprofessional.Went down the street to Rite Aid. They were on top of everything and got it taken care of very quickly.Won’t ever do business with this Walgreens again.

Good location near Starbucks. Well stocked store and clean. Very friendly staff. We picked up a few items and some snacks and were pleased with the quality customer service.Recommended.

it's is a basic drug store in a small town. They know we don't have a choice but, to use this store. Thus, customer service is NOT a concern to the employees. The employees don't care and it shows. It's a shame it has to be this way but, they are minimum wage people with no pride in their work.

Posted lunch break times are not consistent with the times breaks are actually taken. They say to return in 15 minutes when the pharmacist is back from lunch (not the posted lunch time) and so you return in 15 minutes and they closed the window saying they are on lunch. So frustrating. Then you get a message saying they are going to restock your prescription because you haven't picked it up.

Arrived on time for my vaccination appointment, checked in, was asked to wait and the pharmacist would call me up 'shortly.' 35 minutes later (they were busy with prescriptions so I wasn't put out), I was called to the counter and asked why I was sitting there. I explained and asked what the problem was, and the man (apparently the pharmacist) turned away without responding to me and left me standing there, uncertain that the situation was. I sat down and a few minutes later was called to the counter to fill out paperwork--something I could have filled out in the 35+ minutes I was sitting. That's when I had enough and walked out. Walgreens, do you really think I'm going to let a rude, arrogant fellow like that stick me with a needle? No, of course I'm not. I drove 30 miles to that appointment and when I got home, I called the Walgreens to register a complaint. I spoke to a 'floor lead' and she assured me one of two managers she named by title would call me back shortly. No call back.Update: I called back and spoke to Erica, the pharmacy ops manager. She lied or believed the pharmacist's lie, refused to apologize, and continually spoke over me. I'm taking this to corporate. Walgreens, if your pharmacy personnel aren't trained to handle patients, you shouldn't offer vaccinations. You don't meet minimum criteria for healthcare, so you're delivering sub-standard healthcare. Very disappointing; I'm changing pharmacies.

Had a scheduled appointment for a vaccine and was turned away because the staff was going to take lunch at that time. Drove all the way there for nothing. Certainly won't go back again.

Every time I go to Walgreens everyone is always so helpful. I am always greeted when I come in and if I look lost I am asked if I need help. When I buy something I'm not sure if I'm always told I can return it. I have a hard time printing pictures by myself and there's always someone willing to help me right away.

There's a few rude cash register clerks the bathrooms are clean and the store is well stocked but I think some of the employees should be trained better for manners

Walgreens Pharmacy department is truly a disappointment ! Doctor called in prescription an hour and a half ago to treat double pneumonia and the RX isn't filled yet ! A neighbor said this is nothing new with this pharmacy. RX's are filled in lengthy wait time. The pharmacy is closing in less than an hour. Treating this ailment will have to wait until tomorrow. Will be seeking another pharmacy to fill prescriptions.

Pharmacy staff mean and nasty. Long waits. My daughter waited two hours for a prescription last Sunday...frequently they are out of stock of the med you need anyway. EVERY TIME we've had to go to that pharmacy it has been some kind of hassle. Twice they have sent us home with someone else's medication. Not once has it been a pleasant experience. The rest of the store and staff is nice though
