I would give a higher rating because my stylist is so amazing and my hair cut is always perfect but one of the hair washing stations leaks and the lights don't work where the stylists are. How can you do someone's hair if there isn't good lighting? And if someone needs to wash bleach out or whatever and someone else is using the ONLY washing station, you just have to wait. That's bad for hair!

Cannot recommend an establishment with a disrespectful and inconsiderate owner. Hiring loud chainsaws to adjust your hedges on a Saturday morning during the brunch rush of the popular restaurant next door, and then proceeding to yell at the restaurant owner when she kindly asked you if you could have them return later in the day, is in my opinion, not what we have all come to expect from a business in Fortuna. I did not ask for a side of chainsaw fumes and high-decibel engines with my brunch. Hopefully in the future you'll choose to be more considerate of others.

Gave em a second try pretty much paid 35$ to be bald almost and left a long patch on my left upper side now ? oh well I get to learn how to fix my hair today

The hair stylist forgot to schedule me in her appointment book when I came in for my appointment and she was already working on a client. The salon smelled overwhelmingly like hair coloring chemicals and there was no ventilation. The hairstylist did me a big favor by forgetting to book me in for the appointment I scheduled with her. It would have been an unpleasant experience having to endure the chemical smells, plus the whole place looked shabby.

Emily gave me a pedicure yesterday. It is the best pedicure that I've ever had in as much as it was so complete. My feet feel wonderful after the removal of of any rough spots and the massage of the feet, ankles and caves that is pampering at its best. She told me about herself and her life, while the polish dried and inadvertently solved the problem to a question that I'd been wrestling with for 2 weeks. It was..."the correct answer to the question" that had surprised her and eluded me because its so simple. Thanks, Emily!!!
