The shop is a family run business with fantastic, nice, knowledgeable, helpful staff. The lady at the counter is friendly and goes out of her way to find parts. People say the service is good, fair, reasonable and the pricing is low end of budget. The owners and staff are competent, confident and easy going. They diagnose and resolve issues quickly. Customers describe the experience as great, awesome and very thorough. The shop can fix broken hitches, propane leaks, power problems on back lights, and many mechanical problems. They take care of cats, keep the area safe and provide complimentary coffee. The team is fast, friendly and helpful, making people feel comfortable. Many recommend the shop for cross country trek or any RV repair. The business is a welcome change on days of no service and offers a nice, absolute welcome to people.

I cannot say enough great things about how great this these folks are. Fair prices. Good service. Knowledgeable.They are there to help people traveling who have a mechanical problem.
