Selfish business!!Hands down the worst experience I have had with any furniture company. Reading the other reviews on this business makes me think they were created by fake customers.I ordered a bed that I had picked out in the store in their Fortuna location. When it was delivered to me it was flawed immediately! It looked nothing like the bed I had picked out. I decided to try it out for a month or so and noticed a large body impression in the mattress had formed very early. My warranty should have covered this flaw, since I had spent extra money on a bed frame and box spring set that would ensure my warranty to be valid. But due to a small water stain they denied my request and now I am stuck with a POS mattress. I paid over 2k for a mattress that I didn’t even order! I am very upset with Moores Sleepworld for their terrible customer service.

Excellent and friendly service! Robin is great! She is very knowledgeable and was able to help my parents, with varied needs, find suitable mattresses. I highly recommend this store!

The staff was beyond helpful and understanding of our budget. As new parents we needed some good sleep and now a month into our mattress we can attest we made the right choice! Thank you Moores Sleep World for selling us such a great Kingstown mattress. We sleep so well now and it was worth every penny. Thank you for guiding us and answering all of our questions with patience. It’s an investment and we are happy we choose you guys!

I had to replace a pillow I had bought years ago and didn’t have a clue what it was called. Ryan was incredibly friendly and helpful and found the exact pillow I was looking for within minutes, by knowing the products and locating my account. He was able to make me a new account and made the transaction easy. It’s so refreshing to get good customer service and have people have a pleasant attitude while working, Ryan’s customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this pillow!

Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly, & knowledgeable. Cade was our sales person, despite being new to the company, had all the information on every question we asked and found us a perfect bed within our budget that we love! We price compared the beds and they beat out everyone by far. I would recommend them to everyone!

I went in to buy a new low profile box spring. The woman seemed very flustered when other customers came in (I'll leave her name out). She couldn't get a receipt off the POS and had to call someone only to have them tell her she could print one on the computer. She neglected to ask for my address or phone number (which I admit didn't hit me until later ). Someone else called me after googling my name. They did arrange a delivery on a Sunday which I thought was nice. I had to ask the price after she began writing up the order. I said I wanted it delivered and the old one taken. After writing up the order she told me the total which was about $70 above her quote. When I asked why she then explained to me that there was a $49 delivery charge (I literally live 3 blocks from the store ) and an additional charge for disposal of the old one (I get that). When the delivery arrived it was the wrong box spring. The guys had to then make a call or two and found out they had one at the Fortuna store. They had to take apart the bed again and go get the right one. I've never bought from them before and won't again.

I love my mattress and my pillow...HATE my frame! I purchased a full size bed with frame....was NEVER told the frame would stick THREE inches past the foot of the mattress or that there would be SIX legs on the frame. When I make the bed my shins take a beating, when I get in bed at night my toes take a beating from the center leg! When I complained about the three inches, the salesperson looked at me with a "duh" look and said "so? it's a generic frame" he didn't get it, said to put a pillow between the mattress and the wall! Never thought I would have to buy a pool noodle for a brand new bed to protect myself and then a bed skirt to hide the pool noodle! But you can be sure if I'd bought an adjustable bed it would have fit the frame perfectly..and cost more! Kind of reeks of "bait and switch" to me. In case you were wondering, I paid OVER a thousand dollars for this bed! Wish I'd looked on Yelp before buying but I wanted to "buy local"

I used to work there and Moore's have the best beds. I just sent a former customer from a previous job to the Fortuna store and him and his wife called me for recommendations. He called me later and had just purchased a $5000 bed.
