Working with Molly was easy, she did all the work, She is very professional, yet down to earth. If she didn't know the answer to a question, which there were very few she didn't know, she would find them fast. Molly is very bright and an asset to her profession.If you are buying or selling you can't go wrong with Molly.

I’ve worked with Molly for going on 8 years now and we’ve had multiple successful transactions in that time. She is always able to make time for my schedule in regards to showings and meetings, and is always punctual and on top of getting me any paperwork or information I need to keep escrows on schedule and closing quickly and smoothly. She has gotten me early access to foreclosure properties as well as procuring me lists of properties matching my portfolio descriptions without me having to ask.From our first purchase years ago to the most recent ones, we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to keep her as our realtor. She’s a great human, knowledgeable about her work and she is always quick to respond. There aren’t many people in her profession that can do what she does and make it all such a simple process. I am extremely thankful for the work we’ve done and I look forward to future acquisitions together in the future also. She’s a great realtor, person, and happy to call her a friend through all these years!

Molly is one of the most earnest, trustworthy people I’ve met in a long time. You feel like she has your best interest at heart and is always available to do walkthroughs and answer questions.
