We couldn't be happier with the service we received. The project included wonky floors and odd shaped rooms inside a building in Ferndale that was built in 1998. They did a great job. Every interaction with everyone at the company was a pleasure.

Johnny's Flooring has been AMAZING! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am remodeling the entire house and they have been very accommodating with scheduling as we're doing a couple rooms at a time. I could not be happier with the product, the staff and the customer service and they do a beautiful installation. I would highly recommend them.

Good quality, waited a long time to get them in. While they were installing my blinds the installer dropped one of them from about 10 foot up and it shattered. Been waiting a few weeks for a replacement. I won't use them again. To top it off when the new one finally came in I had an appointment, but was running a little late the installer took off. Then I called and they were supposed to call me back and never did. I've waited a month. What a nightmare ?

While I have never used Johnny's Flooring for an installation, I have purchased flooring from them on multiple occasions. When my husband and I bought our first house, we replaced a majority of the carpet with a laminate wood. Sales staff were great and they allowed me to take home some large samples of flooring so I could see what they would look like in our home. When we had made our selection, they had it shipped to their warehouse and we were able to pick it up fairly quickly. We hired a friend to lay the flooring for us. Even though our flooring is just laminate, it often gets mistaken for engineered wood! The staff was very kind and helped me determine how much flooring I needed to purchase, and even gave me a lesson on T-mold, so that I knew to purchase additional transition pieces for doorways in our home. The records they keep in-store have proved very helpful also. A couple years after my initial purchase, I ordered enough flooring to do the rest of the rooms in our home. It turned out that our chosen flooring had been discontinued, but Johnny's tracked down some back-stock from another warehouse and had it shipped to my town. I was thrilled!

Today we had an installer from Johnny's Flooring & Window Coverings come to our home to do a repair/replacement on our kitchen floor and a new install at our interior front door area. John coordinated the job previously and was very flexible with us in arranging the time and date for the work. The installer was on time, professional in his communication and work, and did a great job. We highly recommend Johnny's Flooring and Window Coverings for any floor job you might be considering in your own home or business. We will go to them first for any future floor work that we need. Johnny and his crew are superb in every way. Johnny is so knowledgeable about his products, will meet or beat other's prices, and is easy to work and talk with. We left on vacation with our commercial building needing new flooring and Johnny took the reigns, got the right people for the various jobs, and had it finished upon our return. We cannot thank him and his workers enough for their competency, meticulousness, and speed. We have also had Johnny's repair a seam in our house rental and they take it upon themselves to restretch the carpet and make it look "new" again. There is no job too big or small for Johnny's Flooring and we highly recommend Johnny's for any job. THANK YOU!!!
