Still the best towing/impound yard around.the owner is very friendly.if I was to get my car or truck impounded I would really rather valley towing was the company that it was going too..dave will work with the locals so they can have a chance to have there vehicle back..dave is hella awesome and hope he keeps up the good work...thanks valley towing

So, I found out last month (Around Oct 12th) that they had a car I wanted coming up for sale this month. (On Nov 7th) I don't live in the valley so I sent my dad & brother (on different occasions) over to talk to the owner & possibly put some kind of deposit on said car. When they talked to him he told them both that he don't like to talk about cars until the lean comes up & for them to come back on the 7th when said lean was final. I was there first thing on the 7th. I was there even before the owner arrived. When he showed up I asked him about the car I wanted. At first he told me that he let someone who worked across the street put a deposit on it a few days ago. (Before the lean was even up mind u) then thru talking with him about other possibilities I found out that no deposit had been make. It was just his friend looking for a car for his daughter & he wanted to give said friend 1st dibs. Even tho I was there willing to get the car. It's supposed to b on a first come first served basis with tow yards about cars they have coming up for salr. I'm very upset by the way this business owner handled this situation. He refused to talk about the car with my family before the lean was up but gladly talked to his "friend" about it & even refused $ from me while expecting his friend to come get it. I was in a bad car accident in January in my pilot & I really wanted to replace it with another pilot. So this is very upsetting to me.

Valley towing was fast and efficient. I realized I had left my cell phone in the car that was now in Yreka and Darrel, sp, brought it back with him and delivered it to me. That was so nice.

A couple of the best guys you ever want to meet along side a deserted road with a brand new 40 foot trailer hanging off the side. Well not only did they pull it and my truck back up on the county road but they got the trailer all the way down the dirt road to our spot. The whole time Dave and Daryl were being friendly thoughtful and kind, (didn't call me a bone head for trying it myself) which I was. Fast, Friendly and Efficient why would you call anybody else. The best friend I hope I never have to call again ;)

Well for personal reasons I do not like impound yards lmao,But this impound yard is so awsome.If your car ever gets impounded then you better hope this is the place you want your car to go.This is a really great place.The owner is really friendly and very understandable.He is not out to get rich,he's just trying to make a living like everyone else.I would recommend this place to anyone for any of your toying needs.I rate this yard # 1 in in all of siskyou and all of surrounding counties without a dought. THANK YOU VALLEY TOWING FOR EVERYTHING.........
