Thank you Scott River Pump for the excellent service. I called this morning and spoke to Wendy (a actual real person). She was so helpful and kept me informed. The service guys were out here before lunch. Very professional and polite. What a scary feeling to wake up to no water. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

They are amazing. I did not know they fixed well issues. I had been calling the one place I knew of and they could not give me a day or time they could come. I went without water for a week. As soon as I called Scott River Pump, the guys came the following day. they did a great job, really professional and the people answering the phone were also nice. Great place, I will be using them for all of these kinds of needs.

They cost me about 2750 and a month of my life waiting to reschedule. I had to hire another crane company in order to move my sailboat. He said that he could pick it up and charged me for not doing a job. This company did nothing but lie and stole money from me and my family. He wrote me a bill for doing nothing. They did nothing but lied to me in order to get their equipment onto my property, to do nothing but write me a bill for work they didn't do.

Find somewhere else to spend your money. These folks act like they're doing you a favor when you go in there. They'll never see a dime of my money - ever.
