If we could give Matt more than 5 stars we would. He does excellent work and takes the time to actually talk to you. You are more than just an invoice to him. He goes above and beyond and his work ethic is beyond compare. We will be customers with Matt at Pioneer as long as we have cars. You couldn't ask for a more honest, caring person that will treat you with respect and always treat you fairly.

My son and a friend were backpacking about six hours from where we live. On their way home the check engine light came on in our Tacoma and it went into limp home mode (never even heard of nor experienced that before, but basically RPMs are capped forcing you to take the vehicle in). They stopped at Pioneer Auto Body, the only place probably in that area. Even though my son is an adult, he still is a young adult, so I was worried for them. The owner of Pioneer Auto Body treated them above and beyond with honest, fair and extremely helpful service. Made me very relieved as a Dad and I wish all the best to the folks at Pioneer Auto Body. I highly recommend them if you're a local or an out-of-towner in trouble.
