I first tried to make an appointment for a business account in early October and was told I could get an appointment in late November. 2 Months, for an active business account in good standing. Now, 2 months later, I just drove 30 miles for the 2nd time, the 2nd time, to be turned away because a Banker was not on hand. That's twice I had an appontment, which was cancelled with no prior notice, after waiting 2 months!!Absolutely incredible! The worst customer care I've ever experienced, in any industry! I am actually a little stunned.Obviously, we will be looking for a different financial institution. I highly recommend that you do as well. Fort Bragg Wells Fargo cares nothing about their customers.Disgusting lack of access and accountability.

I purchased 2 cashiers checks at this location and neither of them were completed correctly (no authorized sig by bank employee) They would do NOTHING even though it was THEIR ERROR. I am out $436,000 until I can track down these checks EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS THEIR ERROR. I’ll be closing all of my accounts soon. POOR, poor customer service.WF Executive Office Customer Service was unable to do anything about this. Apparently it is up to the branch managers discretion. BEWARE THIS BRANCH!!! THEY MAKE ERRORS AND WILL NOT CORRECT THEM.I was finally able to get both checks back and I was told to take them back to the branch so they could be signed which I did. No apologies from anyone. The branch manager wouldn’t even come out of her office to see me. WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD FROM ANYONE. I’m in the process of closing all of my accounts with WF now.

While I am aware of the dirty deeds Wells Fargo corporate has committed, I have been banking at my local Wells Fargo for more than 20 years and am perfectly happy with the service I receive.Occasionally, getting to a teller is a slow process and I'm elderly and find it difficult to stand for long periods; nevertheless, that's my problem, not theirs. I know they have a lot of turnover of tellers (is this location a training site for new tellers?). And sometimes the new people are scruffy or gloomy (not my idea of a good public interface), but the service has never been less than efficient and correct.I don't understand the one-star reviews. It's a shame that people can affect the overall rating of a business just because they had an incident that caused them aggravation, but there it is. The computer age. And everyone has an opinion.Thank you, Cheryl and Dawn and the rest.

The last time I came here to use the ATM, a cop was sitting in his SUV right in front of the machines. It made me feel extremely safe.

Was finally able to get an appointment with Alta at the Fort Bragg Branch located inside the local Safeway. Over the months, I have come to learn how in demand she truly is. I know she's been with the bank for 2 decades or more and being such a small one, she must be busy as a bee. Luckily, I called on the off-chance she would have a random opening and it was a miracle- I was able to get in the following day at noon: usually, it would be at least a month's wait - which is fine, but without having a car right now, it has been challenging to swing planning ahead. The nature of my visit was to get a tutorial in credit card usage, how to avoid getting into trouble with credit (as I have seen so many people do), how credit works and the best way to improve one's credit rapidly. Being the age I am (42), it's sort of embarrassing to not know these things, but frankly, no one ever taught me. I avoid credit as my father always told me to pay in cash, period; however, in this day and age, this is no longer an option if we are to function in society. Alta made me feel at ease asking questions and even though I sort of felt like a grade school kid taking my first math math lesson, she was warm and nonjudgemental, and just matter of fact and patient. We took a full hour for her to explain and showed me (with pen and paper) how to ensure using a credit card could/will benefit me and how to stay out of the red or making things worse. Life has been pretty rough for many people lately: this knowledge, plus the fact that someone could/would slow down enough, be thorough and teach me something that might seem so obvious to most people made me feel reassured about my abilities and reminded me there is plenty of good in the world. The entire experience spurred a sense of security and confidence, now armed with the education and proper/correct information. I hope that anyone in need of building credit, needing to obtain credit, or dealing with bad credit, go see her. She is there to help and she knows what she is doing and you will be better for it. This may be the worst bank location I've ever been to! Levi really messed up our account. My father in law is a disabled vet, and it's REALLY hard for him to get out of the house. He added his son (my husband) to the account, due to his health deteriating, and being home bound. The account was set up wrong, and now they will not give us a new card after fraud. They BOTH have to be there. So we've been waiting MONTHS for him to be able to get down there.

I've never had to wait longer to take my own money out of my account. 2 people in front of me and I was there for over 10 minutes waiting in line. If i didnt need coins, i wouldnt have bothered.
