32Do not book this property! Owner is a thief. We had a reservation that was paid up front. We arrived after a six hour drive at 9:00pm. Upon entering the room, we saw that it had not been cleaned from the previous reservation. We tried calling, but the number was disconnected. We messaged through every online app we could find that the property was connected to, and tried knocking on the office door, with no avail. Someone from the Facebook page replied after several hours and said she was no longer involved with the property. We knew that even if we got a hold of the owner while we were there, they probably would not be able to have someone come out to clean at that hour, not to mention that we were tired after our long drive, so we had no choice but to find another place to stay. The owner finally got back to us 2 DAYS LATER and said that the cleaner had the flu and someone in her family died. Never apologized or offered a refund. She has not responded to any other messages that we have left and still has not refunded our money. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. What we experienced was inexcusable and it could happen to you too.

We loved the Weller House. And the owner was so helpful! There were so many benefits of being centrally located. Plus, the house itself was charming, and so interesting! It was furnished from the earlier times and had an aura of old time welcoming. We would highly recommend the house and itis Owner/host. Thank you so much! We are already thinking of other family members who might really benefit from being able to meet centrally on the California coast with such an amazing place to stay.

Loved this historic home and its location. Every room has a bathroom. Some of the rooms only have a tub but it wasn't a big deal. NO common toilet, so if you have someone stop by, they have to use someone's private space. There was a serious ant infestation. Ants were in every room, bathrooms, in the dishes, on every surface in the kitchen and walls. They were everywhere - not exaggerating, it was a serious problem. We cleaned constantly but nothing we did seemed to help, they constantly poured in.We were told its because it was cold outside and in a rural area... nice try. I've live a rural most of my life.My recommendation would be to hire a pest control service.I would give a 5 star if it weren't for the ant infestation.

What a beautiful place we stayed at. It was super cozy and everyone had a good time. It's a nice house if you have alot of people coming up with you.

These people are watering their lawn at noon so that they can keep their tourists happy though there is an injunction against it. I would think that tourists would appreciate the community spirit of respecting the water regulations during a drought. There is a place up the hill that used to be called Living Light which is environmentally much more respectful.

It was most definitely a cool place to stay , room was very clean fresh cut flowers inside , the up top deck was very cool , we had the top room in the water tower , the only thing I would change is put a window cover in the bathroom and better upkeep on the grounds it was pretty over grown but they were starting to work on it when we were pulling in .

Everything you see in the pictures is what you'd expect. Hostess is super polite, respectful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Back street parking also, great place

Just called for information about room prices because the place looked pretty from outside but the lady owner kept hanging up on me and didn't want to give me any information very rude and bad manners. I will never stay inv place like this. She should be ashamed to have such a pretty hotel

This was an adorable place to stay. The garden was beautiful and I loved spending time on the observation deck. The inn keeper and owner, Vivian, was great. She suggested places to visit and was very accommodating.
