No matter when you go there, the shelves are always nearly empty.Today I nonetheless found some Halloween cards, the shelf price was 99 cent. However, at the cashier it suddenly was 3 and 4 Dollar each.The guy at the counter was busy talking to his buddy down the queue. He completely ignored me, didn‘t say hello or bye and he just stared at me when I said the price was wrong. Then went on talking to his pal.This was absolutely rude. I don‘t know why they employ people like that. A disgrace. They will never see me again.

I don't think the woman up front named Patsy could be anymore unpleasant and obvious with her distaste of helping customers. Next time I will be sure not to forget anything and not cause an inconvenience to her! I'm sooooo sorry I exsisted and wanted to purchase something from the store causing her to do her job. I understand this must be SUCH a traumatic experience for her.

This store has a lot of empty shelves. I went for 2 items, one being milk…didn’t have any! They didn’t have my other item either. Will be awhile before I make the mistake of trying to shop there.

Pharmacist (Karen) was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude to begin with. One comment she made towards me was “you people always never listen”. She then stares to raise her voice and saying if you have questions about your medication, ask your doctor. What don’t you understand , why you don’t listen……I’m repeating the Same thing…. this was me just asking simple questions In regards to the dose, when it needs to be taken and how many times. This was for my 8 month baby!!!!!Is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. She should not be working with customers.

I find this pharmacy to be exceptional. I’ve typically dealt with small pharmacies but since moving here I have settled on Rite Aid.The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacist is friendly, knows her stuff and the place is better with her presence.I endorse this pharmacy.

Efficient and friendly pharmacy staff. The pharmacy is very busy, but in my experience they all work together to get prescriptions filled quickly. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

I left my purse on the counter and left the store. I discovered my mistake about a hour out of town pulling a travel trailer on our way to the redwoods. I called and they had put it in their safe, they were so nice I tried to reward them but the manager wouldn't have it. Thank you again for being so courteous .

I have always had good service at ride aid. Lately I have been having problems with my prescriptions. Not being filled for days after there due. I went in to the pharmacy to ask about my prescription I was told it would be filled this afternoon it’s been 71/2 hrs and still nothing. Something’s got to change.

Ownership of this pharmacy must have changed recently as the service level has drastically decline. I waited in line for 40 minutes listening to arguments between the staff & the five customers in line ahead of me. They cut Saturdays & evening hours out so a body needs to cut work hours to use this place. Been a client here for 32 years but that is about to change.

Disappointing vaccination experience. Made appointment online for date and time and showed up on time, signed paperwork and waited...and waited. Thirty minutes later I asked for return of my vaccination card so that I could "vote with my feet," and go someplace more professional. I got no explanation, no apology, just surliness. This Rite-Aid used to be better in customer service and efficiency.

I’ve been taking our families prescriptions to this pharmacy for 20 years. I don’t know what changed recently, but it’s awful now. None of our prescriptions are done when they are suppose to be and I end up waiting in line for 30 minutes every time just to get to the front of the line and have them tell me that (after several days they had to fill the prescription) it’s still not ready and to please sit and wait another 20 minutes. Today was the final straw when they refused to fill my son’s prescription because the pharmacist didn’t approve. Since when did they become a prescribing doctor? The only good part left about this pharmacy is Lisa. I hope she finds somewhere else to work, because she is great and deserves better. I won’t be going here anymore after today.

First pharmacy won't answer phone Second on average it takes 2-3 days and multiple calls to pharmacy to get prescriptions refilled. Seriously we are a small town with 5 pharmacies. Shelves empty Half store closed off
